We have a ranch style home. We wanted to remove the wall between our living room and kitchen, put in an island and replace the cabinets in the kitchen. We also tore up all of the carpeting on the first floor and put in luxury vinyl tile Our project started by having the opportunity to work with Jenn Sesniak from Blue Bird Designs. Met with Jenn and an hour later she had come up with the design for our dream kitchen. Jenn understood perfectly what we wanted. Worked primarily with Scott from Restoration Plus once the project started. He answered every question we had and more. He was very professional and oversaw all phases of our project in a very impressive manner. The work they did was fantastic. We love our new island, cabinets, counters and appliances. We had Pioneer cabinets installed and they look perfect. Our Paxton counters are more than we thought they would be. All of this was made possible through the guidance and efforts of Restoration Services. We will call them every time we have work to be done at our house going forward.

We had a complete bathroom remodel done in Dec of 2018. The overall experience was terrible. There wasn't any project management and the job wasn't completed to satisfaction. We had to have them come back out after the job was "completed". We were asked to send pictures and put post-it notes on unsatisfactory areas. Then we had to stand over Mark and make sure that those items were completed. Neither Scott nor Ryan ever came out to inspect the completed job. At the end we still were not satisfied. They left our house a complete mess and we decided to let a lot of things go based on the experience. In June 2019 we started having an issue with the tile that was installed in the bathroom. We were really hesitant to contact Scott, because of our experience with Ron and we felt as if Scott had minimized the concerns we raised at the end of the project. After watching the floor continue to deteriorate, we called Scott on 6/28/19. He responded with a text that he would contact us on 7/8 after his vacation. On 7/17 we still had not received a call back from Scott, so we contacted him a second time regarding the floor. He immediately responded with misinformation stating that our 1 yr warranty was up and that issues with tile (cracked grout) was normal wear and tear. After a phone conversation, Scott asked us to get two quotes and if it was under a certain $ amount he would pay to have the floor fixed. In good faith, because we felt that he was going to be true to his word, we took time out of our busy schedules to schedule tile contractors in their peak season. When we received the first quote we immediately contacted Scott and let him know the price. Four days later he contacted us and stated that he would like to bring his tile sub or offered us less than half of what the quote was for a warranty settlement. We opted for him to come look at the tile. That was on 7/29. On 8/1 we contacted him to see if he still wanted to look at the tile. On 8/2 he said it would have to be after a 7 day stretch where we were not available. We said, let us know and he said, we would catch up after that date. On 8/14 we contacted him again. On 8/19 he got back with us, at that point we were stating we were available any time just to get him to look at the tile. Then he decided they were just going to come out and re-grout the tile. At this point, we had several tile experts out to look at the tile and knew that the issue was more serious than just needing to be re-grouted. We confronted Scott about the fact that we did not feel he was taking this seriously or a timely manner. He then proceeded to bombard us with misinformation that could easily be disputed, because we kept a record of all communication with Scott. On 8/20 we were told that trades were 3-4 weeks out. On 8/29 he finally came out with Ron to look at the floor. We had several tile experts out to inspect the floor, so we were shocked when they said they only needed to replace two lines of grout and that they couldn't believe that anyone would say the floor needed to be fixed. When I tried to point out the pinholes to Scott and Ron, they stated that was just dirt. Scott then wanted us to go through and put post-it's on areas we thought were defective. We have had 3 tile experts tell us, that the tile was not laid to manufacturer specifications, that there were pinholes all over the grout, and that all three suspected there was something going on with the underlayment. Since that time, we are now starting to have issues with the tile in the shower. When Scott left that day, he stated that he would contact us with their availability. We have not heard anything from Scott in 5 weeks. At the three month mark we printed all 39 photos from the bathroom and all text messages and spoke with a lawyer to discuss our options moving forward. After three months there is no resolut...

Great company! Enjoyed working with Ryan, Scott, Sheldon, Mark. Did a wonderful job for us.Everything cant be perfect when dealing with older houses but they came pretty darn close! We love our new kitchen! Hire them!

Excellent work on a variety of items including drywall repair, wall build and door installation, cabinet install. Took the time to get it right. Provided good referrals for work not in their scope. I ve hired them for a series of jobs and would hire them again.

This was not our first rodeo as the saying goes but it was definitely the very best. This was though our first complete gut of a kitchen. What impressed me the most was the first appointment with Restoration Plus. Ryan brought along Jen, a kitchen designer! From day one to the very end, Ryan, Scott, Sheldon and their crew were always professional and knowledgeable. Scott would always call the day before to let me know who was coming and what they were going to do. They cleanup at the end of each day. Most of all, they made sure everything was done right and up to their high standard. We plan to tackle bathrooms next and will definitely have them back. Yes...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Restoration Plus. You won't be disappointed!

Our unfinished basement flooded with 6-7 inches of ground water due to sump pump/circuit failure. Restoration Plus came out pretty quickly. The rep could not give us a quote until the water was gone to look over the situation and diagnose the problem. He explained they would clean up the mess; remove all the wet items, boxes, cardboard, furniture and other ruined stuff and haul it away. Also, they would dry out the basement with fans and dehumidifiers to prevent mold. He said the cost would run $3000.to $5000. He asked if we had insurance and said *...most people have $5000.* We said we had $10,000.coverage. We were very pretty distraught and told him it had to be done. Using our sump pump, his crew got the water out. They carried up the wet items, trash, a sofa bed and totes/bins, etc. into the garage leaving a big, wet heap. We had to have them return a second time when we found more wet stuff in the basement. They dried the basement to the humidity level per the insurance company but we still have come across wet items, water in and on things and damp areas. We had to call several times to get them to come back to haul away the trash. He told us he would have his electrician come out to give us a quote to resolve the electrical issues but we are still waiting over 2 months later. They billed our insurance company over $5900. When you have a crisis situation, you cant really shop around or check references. Poor job for that price. Had thought of having them do some other jobs, but after this...no way!

The kitchen turned out beautiful in my older home. I love it! These guys are honest and friendly and a pleasure having around. Highly recommend for any restoration or renovation project. Wish I could post a photo!

We hired Restoration Plus to do a complete gut and remodel of the kitchen of the 1965 era home we bought. From planning layout to picking out materials, Scott, Ryan, and their crew were knowledgeable and professional. The work crews were polite and friendly. Everything was done in the time promised and done very well. We are very pleased with the work and we couldn't have asked for a better team. I highly recommend this company.
