Found out that Decks Unlimited was the subcontractor for one of the big box companies. I have a familiarity with residential construction, and unlike other companies, they didn't try to BS me. Again, unlike others, did not try to up sell me. L Very pleased with their work. They worked well within my HOA constraints. Just had an issue with clean up after the work was done, but I honestly believe it was because of weather, which put them behind schedule on other jobs.
