Tyrone was on time, figured out the problem and fixed it all in under an hour.

Way over priced. I elected to not complete project and paid them for the work done. $1,500 to cut and patch a 15â by 29â hole in the ceiling drywall! Ridiculous!

Knowledgeable and experienced. Dan did a great job, was efficient and friendly. He was able to correct the damages caused by 2 other "professionals" sent by Angi. Pricing was rather high compared to other quotes to install exterior doors, but you get what you pay for in the end. I learned my lesson the hard way, no worries with Mr Handyman

Quite a few hurdles with this project that I wish had been handled differently BUT the company stood behind their reputation and made it as right as it could be in our time & budget constraints. And in fairness we got a newer employee. Will be hiring them again.

Hi: I am really not satisfied with the job occurred yesterday, because the job is not complete Let me explain the situation. First all I expect to have Free Estimate and any moment the person told me to charge me $ 168.00 per hour, It was my mistake to sign up before the job is done, Second There are 2 issues in this job, one; the Door is crooked and the second part of the door frame has to replace it. On the Door is said the problem is the first hinge from the top to the bottom is not correct, have to have to flip over, so he did and the door became worst. The second issue the part of the frame door to replace first he put a screw and crack the wood, so he went to True Value for replacing it. So he put the replacement and so far was perfect I really like it, this part of the frame is where the holes going to both locks, si when he performs the holes. it was not exactly, so he cannot lock the door, so the nightmare came because he spends too much time trying to fix and nothing occur. So to be short the only way to close the door is take the metal that is going to the frame to push hard the door to close. So I decide to leave as is because of the time spending, I would appreciate if you coming or another different person to look it. Oscar I sent pictures Anne Oscar O. Then the person came last week I give him a hinges then the door was much better but the job was 90 % finished

The staff arrived at the designated time. He quickly identified what needed to be done to fix our detached gutter, He replaced the underlying wood that had rotted away and reattached the gutter. He did a fine job.

Professional and on time.

They purchased more material than was needed for the project even after reviewing the project before picking up the material. Then they charged a mark up of 100% on all the material purchased, including the excess material!!!! If I had know that in advance I NEVER would have hired them, but I was told they don't do estimates on "small" projects. In addition the technician showed up two hours late and pushed the project into two days!!!! Will NEVER use them again.

Craig Evans came to repair subfloor one bathroom was done right but upper floor not done correctly didn’t pull laminate just put plywood over it. Also didn’t fix light switches I requested. Charged me $1000. Now flooring company has to pull all that out. Very unhappy!

Loren did a great job with a complex shower manifold replacement. Was very courteous as well.

They scheduled the appointment timely. The contractor was professional and quick when he started the job. The job was completed as requested and to the standards expected. The reason why I am rating a 4 out of 5 overall is because the contractor did not disclose that the job starts the moment they pull into the driveway. This tacked on another 15 minutes and they charge by the 1/2 hour. Job should have started upon entering the home. Please be more open when discussing the pertinent fees.

Work was a little slow and too expensive.

Contractor was great. The phone service could have been clearer about what materials I would need.
