"I found Bill Blaik on Home Advisor for my 72 year old disabled Aunt. He came out gave her a quote on power washing and painting/staining her deck and new cedar rails. He came out in July of 2023 to do the job. Power washing went fine but the painting and staining of the deck and new rails did not go well. The deck floor barely had one coat of paint with areas that were untouched. The new cedar railing was quoted for two coats of UV clear but that did not happen. Thereâ s areas that were completely missed and nothing got a 2nd coat. He said he would be back out but he had a car accident and hurt his back. He told us he would contact us in the spring to finish the job. He was already paid in full at this point for a total of $3888. Come April of 2024 we reached out numerous times to see when he was available to come finish the job but have not responded to any emails or phone calls. This is very unprofessional and I do not recommend his company."

An offer to put a shiny object to stop woodpeckers was made and still to be done. They also put new wood along the top of two window boxes we have. They were knowledgeable and efficient. I was kept informed of when they woould be here since we were having rain many days."
