They had to figure out the logistics to manipulate a large wardrobe upstairs, around the hallway and into the room where I wanted it moved. They did this very intelligently with no damages to the walls or wardrobe. Very courteous and caring, and were willing to work with me on the best way to complete the job. There is something called common courtesy , If you are not coming , if you are going to be late then you call and you explain . You don't wait until somebody threaten to give you a negative review on Angi and then you get nervous. I wouldn't even give him a star . How do you expect him to run in business if he doesn't know how to return calls and this is confirmed twice , he called me twice and said that he was coming. This is extremely unprofessional."
