The 2 movers, Christopher and JP, were very professional, careful and efficient. They had to figure out the logistics to manipulate a large wardrobe upstairs, around the hallway and into the room where I wanted it moved. They did this very intelligently with no damages to the walls or wardrobe. Very courteous and caring, and were willing to work with me on the best way to complete the job. Excellent service and professionalism!

The owner with two assistants showed up on time. In no time they moved an expensive bath vanity from upstairs to down. Polite and friendly. I highly recommend this team. 😀

Good guys, had a little trouble following instructions times. I was doing a long distance move and had purchased three does an extra moving blankets. Instead of opening them and using them, we ran out of blankets towards the end and I didn’t know they had just pack the boxes in the truck. They also waited to do my baby grand electric piano until the end, and had one moving blanket set aside for it. There was damage.

JP & team were awesome. JP was easy to get a hold off to schedule our move, they showed up on time, we’re very friendly, and extremely efficient. Highly recommend!!

They say moving is one of the top ten stressful life events. This was not the case working with JP at Alpha Transport Movers. The whole experience with JP and his crew went exceptionally well. Persuading my reluctant elderly in-laws to move from their 40 years residence into a one-room apartment, to be closer to their daughter and me, was a task in itself. Then came another tough job of hiring a moving company when nobody I knew could recommend someone. Do I go with the big company or go with a smaller local entity? Initially talking with JP, then scheduling, and his follow-up call days before the move, made my stress levels reduce significantly. They said they would arrive between 8 and 8:30 am and they were right on target. I requested a call when they were leaving their warehouse, because I had to make sure my in-laws were up earlier than usual, and he obliged my request. Without him visiting the home before hand, and with me providing a detailed list and measurements about what had to be relocated, his price range for the time required was on target. His crew, Kody and Corey, were 2 extremely polite, strong young men who were attentive to details and took pride in the service they provided. All of them had a great sense of what a difficult transition was in play for us and their positivity and execution of the job made it a great experience. So, my decision to go with a smaller firm was the absolute right call, and I would highly recommend you call them too!!

Excellent! Great communication ahead of time and on the day of the help. Cheerful and experienced. There was some tricky navigation to get some heavy pieces from one floor to another and they handled it great. Fair price. Will definitely use again and recommend to others. Don’t hesitate to contact them!
