Dump Guy

We made an appointment to have The Dump Guy come and remove some stuff from my mother’s house. The workers, Tripp and Sam, were very pleasant and efficient and were done in no time.

I've been using the Dump Guy since he first started out years ago. Always prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. The prices also can't be beat! They've done trash removal, bulky furniture, house clean out, in ground pool dismantle, etc.. We never hire anyone else!

They did an excellent job and got it all removed in an hour. I would definitely hire them again and I would recommend them as well.

I've used The Dump Guy twice now. This last time, I needed our basement cleaned out so we could have a leaking oil tank removed. They gave us an estimate of $1,500 and came out the same week. I know the job was bigger than they expected but the crew stayed at it. Among other things, they hauled out an old stand-up freezer and two large, metal desks. When they were done, I asked how much I owed them and Jason stuck to the estimate. I'll definitely hire The Dump Guy again because they are reliable, honest, and easy to work with.

Emailed for information on a Sunday, had my questions answered that day. Scheduled service via email, I even was able to select the day and time I wanted. Two young men arrived on time, professional and very helpful. Efficiently and quickly loaded up. The price turned out to be much less than I had anticipated. PERFECT.

The Dump Guy provided one of the most exceptional customer service experiences I have had in years. I scheduled via email, they answered a few questions I had, and called me the day of asking if they could arrive 2 hours early (happily!). When the two gentlemen showed up, they were friendly, personable, and willing to do whatever needed to be done. They even thanked me for getting all my junk into three piles on the lawn for them to take. I thought I had underestimated my haul and thought I would have to spend more, but they said the brush would be a little cheaper than the other stuff because it is lighter. There was a VERY large broken branch on my lawn I didn't consider having them haul, and they offered to throw it in if I wanted. When they picked up the brush and branches, they raked up everything around so it was perfect as they left. Also, I had this strange, thick metal wire sticking up from my driveway, and one of the gentlemen offered to cut it off with his Sawsall so it wouldn't mess up my car. Above and beyond doesn't cover the level of service I received! No question I would hire again.

The service was on time, helped me and they did a really good job. They helped 2 or 3 times already over the last year.

Excellent company. Easy communications and they showed up when they were schedule too. Removed everything quickly and at an extremely fair price. I actually expected the cost to easily be $100 more than charged. Was very surprised. Will definitely use again as we have a few home construction projects to do in the near future. Jack, Adam and I think Ryan might have been another name (I'm really bad with names lately) were excellent to deal with. A++ in my book.

I was getting rid of some broken furniture, some debris from construction and other trash, including garden trash, and these guys came and took everything. It was so quick and they were so good about taking everything I was astonished. I will definitely hire again.

They were very responsive and polite. They were able to be at our house to remove everything we request Ed within a couple of days. It was hassle free, quick and very affordable!

We have used The Dump Guy twice now...once at the beginning of the summer and once again at the end to help clean out the 10 years of random accumulation that's shown up in our garage and basement. In both cases scheduling an appointment was as easy as could be and there response rate is excellent and courteous. The pricing is more than fair and they were able to schedule the pick ups on the days I requested. In both cases their guys gave me a call before arriving and asked if they could come early, which worked out perfectly for me. The employees were all extremely friendly and professional and it's hard to even describe how fast they are! Nothing was too heavy, or too dusty or too hard to reach. They give me final quote once I showed them what I wanted removed and in less than 20 minutes they had everything on the truck, swept up behind themselves and were on their way. We are BIG fans of this company.

The job went very well. They cleaned up the sheet rock pieces and swept the basement floor. They removed brush old wood, metal and other junk. Without my asking they raked up and remove leaves that had been piled behind the garage. I liked their work so much I gave them a tip in addition to the below cost.

Excellent!! Was so pleased with the first usage that we used them the second time. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone that needs this kind of service and if I needed this service again, I would use them time after time. They were polite, prompt and fairly priced. I think that these folks are about the best there is in this business.

The team arrived on time, estimated the work (actual price was BELOW estimate) and completed the work in 45 minutes. The removal included extra charges for environmentally impactful items. This team did not flinch. If you need a clean out, CALL the dump guy in Westbrook, ME. They are professional, friendly, accommodating, and VERY quick. It was worth every penny we spent to remove our unwanted items.
