When we reached out the first time, the owner stated he would come back & overseed. Never showed up. We contacted them several times & sent text/pictures/video to show the concerns ... spotty grass and & 2 trees that did not take. They stated there was a "miscommunication" & they would come back & take care of it (contract states work 100% guaranteed), but now 5 wks and still no show."

Additionally, if working with excavation equipment, you’ll need to steer clear of any overhead wires. Leaving this project to an excavating professional is best.
