Ramsey Excavation, Sewer and Drain

I reached out to Tom and he responded VERY quickly (on a Sunday) told me when he would be at my house and arrived right on time and was knowledgable, helpful and easy to talk/work with. Tom and his guys got us out a nasty situation with a clogged daylight drain. I would call him again and recommend him 100%!!!

He tells you what is wrong but does not leave a receipt. I find that rude especially when you email them asking what happened but first of all the first time he was supposed to come over he never called or showed up he said he did not have my daughter number but he had mine and I was hiring him not my daughter and another thing he said he pays you guys to get him to work and I find that rude I do not think he really wanted the job at least that is the impression I got.

He responded to my call very quickly, and was able to come out the same day. He was professional and considerate. He texted me to let me know when he was on his way, which I very much appreciated. I highly recommend!

It's hard to get a call back in this area, but Tom Ramsey called in less than an hour and was on site in less than an hour and a half. He was pleasant, considerate, thorough, analyzed and solved the problem in 30 minutes. We were very grateful!

Tommy provided outstanding customer service. He could not have more pleasant and easy going. I liked that he gave me a window for arrival, and most importantly, he text me when he was "on his way". Now, I know, if you have a clogged sewer line, call Tommy rather than a plumber. Many plumbers do not have the proper equipment. Most likely the fix will be delayed until you can find someone that does have the equipment. Call Tommy to avoid the delay. With a clogged sewer line, any delay is NOT good. I would highly recommend his company.

We were in a real bad situation. Needed our sewer line rooted. They came out within a couple hours and had it all cleared out with no issues. Definitely recommend them.

He came out the same day and fixed our septic problem. He was very friendly and gave us a great price. We will definitely hire him again in the future.

Tom is the best of the "trades" I have ever dealt with and I'll be honest here,....I'm older than ANYONE who is yet to leave a comment.!! In my experience, and knowing today how things go trying to get work done,....let me tell you, this guy (Tom) takes me back to the "old days", when people were there for you when you needed them, AND did a great job for a very decent price.!!
