"I had a very positive experience with JCB and will definitely call them in the future when I need help. I wanted to completely change my kitchen but I didn’t want to shoulder the expense of new cabinetry. I spoke to Brandon about my vision (which was to have a rustic, distressed look on my kitchen cabinetry with coordinated accent cabinetry around the kitchen) and he gave me a lot of helpful info on the phone, even before I signed the contract. He came out to my home to show me what they could do, to make sure it was to my liking. His estimate also seemed fair. Once the job started, Brandon and Chris and Joe were kind and communicative, letting me know what they were doing each day and checking in for feedback. Because I wanted a unique, distressed look on my cabinets, they created the look entirely by hand based on my description of what I wanted. It was painstaking and labor-intensive, but they worked efficiently. The entire job was done in a week (they worked through the weekend) and I’m thrilled with the result. They also re-painted my walls, in a color that complimented the new cabinetry, and they replaced a light fixture. "I called and spoke to a man to schedule a time to discuss a home addition. He texted me two days later wanting to schedule a time to discuss the "addition". We scheduled a time. The day of the appointment, I was called by a different man, who was trying to arrive an hour and a half earlier than the scheduled time. I told him that wouldn't work and we agreed on a time that was an hour and a half later than the original time. I'm already unimpressed by their inability to handle simple scheduling. When the man arrived promptly at the agreed upon time, he was very polite, but he told me that they don't do additions... I wasted 3 hours of vacation time to come home and meet this man at a different time than was originally agreed only to be told they don't do the exact work I was calling them out for. Be wary. They clearly have some internal communication issues."
