During the bidding process they answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, their proposal was thorough and clear, and they were happy to discuss my ideas, thoughts and concerns. The scope of work included all new framing and drywall (up to code, unlike before they came in), replacing that damn stucco ceiling with new drywall, upgrading the bathroom and kitchenette, new flooring, new basement door and replacing the ancient basement window, plus upgrades to the interior basement stairs and bathroom exhaust fans.
