Great experience with Garrety glass. Quality product at reasonable price. Customer service was excellent.

I did not get this work done yet but the service was great and the work I have seen was top notch! I’ll share progress after the work has been done.

From the salesman, Jordan to the installers, Kyle and Ryan to the office and administrative staff this is a professional organization. They were punctual, responsive and focused on customer satisfaction. I had many questions and they all took the time to address my concerns. I would recommend them and rehire them again.

Colin did a great install of 4 windows, only took about half the day too so they were very fast and did a great job.

Wanted to charge me $2853 to install just two windows. When asked to justify the price, they could not provide a rate of labor NOR a cost per window. The price was completely manufactured up. BUYER BEWARE!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Not the cheapest guys in town, but you get what you pay for and Garrety Glass is worth the extra, you get what you pay for... definitely receive service, quality products, support and a warranty with a local business who stands behind their sales. This is our second project with Garrety Glass, we could not be more pleased or satisfied. Gary Zimmerman our sales rep was professional, punctual, responsive, personable and honest. Gary explained everything and it was exactly as described. We ordered 8 custom casement windows and a picture windows system all are fantastic and gorgeous. The service was superb and the quality on point for the price. The installers were punctual friendly, wore masks, framed and caulkedIII That is a true sign of paying attention to detail. They cleaned up after the job. Diane was wonderful in keeping us informed as to how our order was progressing, being handled and scheduling installation. 5 STARS!!! This company is very professional... from the sales rep to the installers. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and did a first-rate job on a small awning we had installed awhile ago and a big, retractable awning we just had put up.

We recently had a retractable patio awning installed. The crew of Alika, Scott, and Dalton were very professional. They arrived at the scheduled time and went right to work. There install was absolutely fabulous. My wife and I were amazed at there professionalism and the way they kept the work area clean. When they were finished they made sure my wife and I were comfortable with the operation of the controls before they left. Clean up of the work area was spotless. Jeff Miller was our salesman. Jeff was on time with his appointments. He makes the decision very easy due to his professionalism and product knowledge. Michelle in the office kept us up to date with the order status and scheduling. All in all we cannot be more pleased with Garrety and will hire them for any future projects we may have.

Our new sunroom is impressive, beautiful craftsmanship, amazing attention to detail, replacing an old sunroom. All the windows were wiped clean before they left as well as the ceiling. The windows slide effortlessly. We had a gutter issue and they came up with a creative idea to manage the water. Our neighbors are stopping to see it. We chose the windows floor to ceiling and you can see the ornamental grass through it, a beautiful look. The installers were friendly and easy to talk with. We love it! Highly recommended! A++

Excellent and professional sales and installation. Jordan was extremely helpful with the sale and Colin and the team did a great job on the install.

They work hard and keep at it, even in all the heat we had the week they installed the windows. They cleaned up after themselves. The windows are of good quality at a good price. We are very satisfied.

The work was first rate. I had a lower bid, but chose Garrety, and I'm glad I did.

From start to finish, Garrety was amazing to contract. Estimates were done in person (60 miles from their office) Frank was professional, he explained without using the normal “contractor double talk”. Scheduling was quick and timely. Whenever I called the office, everyone was friendly and helpful. And to top it off, Andy was awesome with the installation. On time and the finally product is everything I could hopeful. I recommend Garrety Glass to everyone!!!

Garrety Glass installed shower doors for a secondary home I was remodeling. They did an excellent and thorough job. I will be calling them for the remodel of a master bathroom in my primary residence. UPDATE 4/4/2019: I highly recommend this company for any window and shower door installs. They are great from sales to installations. Including the office side of the company. Everyone performs their job and treats the process as if they are doing the job at their own home. Will definitely be my choice for any future projects.
