Superior Deck And Fence

It went wonderfully, I got several quotes from companies I found on Angies List and found Superior Deck and Fence to be the most affordable. At first I was concerned that their website didn't have many pictures of decks that they had done whether wooden or composite so I spoke with Rob and he texted me pictures of some of the places they had done in Ocean City, MD and I felt reassured that while affordable, the quality of work was great. Their schedule was reasonable so they were able to start the work within two weeks of my signing of the contract so that was also a plus. The work was done by Rob and another worker so it took 6 days, but I cared about them doing a good job so I didn't have a problem with it. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the work they did, and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone. The pictures show the L-shaped railing, and the landing with steps, and the completed fence in the background.

Rob was a joy to work with. He was clear in communicating the costs and did his best to keep our costs down (we had two other estimates that were MUCH higher and told us we needed a bunch more work done!) He was personable, kind and efficient. Turn around time was much faster than we expected and he always kept us informed of his progress and plans. I would gladly work with him again and plan to highly recommend him to anyone else that needs work done!

The contractor removed existing pilings and decking and replaced the entire pier. His crew demolished the existing pier deck. he then supervised the subcontractor that replaced the pilings and had his own crew construct the new deck. Al work was top quality, done on time and on budget.
