Having used this company in the past to install garage door opener & repair my springs, I was pleased to have them to reach back out to - this time for a replacement keypad opener. It was super super simple to schedule; the technician showed up on time and completed the job and short order and a good price. he then recommended that I replace the seal along the bottom and put some weatherstripping on the perimeter of the door; so they came back shortly after to do that work. Overall very pleased with the service of the scheduling team and both technicians. Highly recommended and will be back the next time I need this type of work done!"

"Over 15 years they have installed 3 new garage doors, repaired springs in old garage doors, serviced motors and belts. EVERY time, the products and service were impeccable. What REALLY has stood out is customer service. Over 15 years, I have probably called 8-10 times with "problems" with a power door. Every time, the receptionist would try to "solve" my problem. If she didn't feel competent, she would get a tech, manager, or owner to "walk" me thru the "problem". 80-90% of the problems could be fixed quickly and easily with a little step-by-step advice. Once, they determined over the phone that a 10+ year old lift had a broken part. I asked to schedule a service call/repair. The owner said, " I'd be happy to schedule a repair, but you already have removed the part and have it in your hand. If you want to stop by and purchase the part, you can save the "service call charge". This made this a very reasonably priced repair. Many installation companies count on "service" as a good portion of their income stream."

This allowed me to make an informed decision on what was best for us based upon our needs. We were scheduled within a few days after deciding on what openers to purchase. I have been waiting since last November for a company (Precision) to install a new garage door only to be told on March 18th that the installation would finally be done on the 19th and by 2pm be informed that it was never going to be done for they weren't able to do the task.
