Gilmer called me few minutes after I submitted request for new garage door opener and was available to come make us offer within an hour. His offer was perfect for our needs: he offered to also fix and lubricate our garage door as well as move our junk away from door since we have back pain issues and could not do it. On the day of service he was prompt, did a great job and answered all of our questions as well explained in detail how to use our new garage opener and what to be careful about. He is honest and professional, patient and caring and he is a pleasure to work with. We could not recommend him more and we are planning to use him for future projects.
