"By far, the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with! I was referred by the dealership to get a key made, was told they would come to my home and when the first tech called they said that wasn't true. They agreed to take care of the key when my vehicle was at the shop, which is right across the street, on a Monday into Tuesday, and it wasn't done, missed opportunity #1. I didn't hear anything from them and then I called them on that Friday, which was a hassle thru several text messages and finally a phone call from Jack who wasn't very pleasant, and was scheduled for the following Wednesday. Wednesday came and went, no call and no show. I called the office and asked to speak to a manager and spoke with Crystal, who assured me that I would be seen the following Wednesday. Again, Wednesday came and went and no call, no show. I called Crystal and she informed me, "sorry, mam you fell thru the cracks as we just came off of a couple of days off", this was now the third missed opportunity. Crystal was rude, unprofessional and condescending. I have asked numerous times to have the owner to call me to no avail and was given the name of Mr. Alderman. The tech called me late Wednesday afternoon and was rather rude and hung up on me, he even had the audacity to ask me to call him in the morning at 9am to remind him, which I declined to do. The tech did show up today and it took less than 2 mins and he did apologize and then blamed it on the dealership as they don't pay them enough. I have been brushed off with my concerns and disrespected on numerous occasions, I would not recommend anyone doing business with this company."

"This is a very poor company. I cannot stress enough to please investigate this company before signing any paperwork with Harry. They do incomplete and shoddy work. They totally destroyed my backyard. I have mounds of dirt, rocks and dried up cement embedded in the ground. I was having an addition added to the back of my house and it was supposed to take 6-8 weeks. It is still not completed. He took our money and did not provide the services that were in the contract. The addition will need to be fixed or torn down. They used incorrect wood and half of the wood is bowed. The slab foundation was hand poured and done in two sections. It barley passed and it looks terrible. There was supposed to be a rough in for a bathroom installed and that never happened. They left a very small opening in the concrete for the plumbing and now I am being told that a rough in cannot go in there now. This should have been done before the cement was poured. Now I am being told that they would have to tear up cement and bust up my current bathroom up. There are many safety issues with the current structure. Harry fails to follow up on e-mails or to update you on a daily basis what is going on for the day. It is like a guessing game on whether the one man crew was going to come to your house to work for the day. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!"
