Beating Roofing replaced my roof, new attic insulation, gutter guards and placed an aluminum roof over my existing aluminum awning. They were very professional, very efficient, explained the whole project before and stayed in contact during the process. They cleaned up the premises very well. They hard working and friendly team. Bealing Roofing and Exteriors did a phenomenal job from the estimate down to the install and cleanup. They provided us with samples, complete written comprehensive estimate prior to the job and were prompt in responding to questions. On the day of install the entire property around the work area was protected by tarps. The installers were professional and answered questions from my husband as they came up. They worked quickly and cleanly. On completion of the job they were extremely thorough on their cleanup. The finished roof is gorgeous! I'd highly recommend them to anyone for service and their price.

Someone came , took pictures and measurements ...never heard from them again. No estimate or call back...nothing ! I did get other estimates and had all the work done .

The Bealing Company replaced my roof last year and just completed siding removal with replacement. The projects were conducted with exceptional professionalism and courtesy. They achieved a high level of trust which is hard to earn. I especially appreciate their follow up after job completion to address client satisfaction.

Tim came out 8/13 and checked out the roof, showed me what was going on via pictures. Roof had pop nails and suffered granular loss and is ready to be replaced. I explained the situation that I needed the roof repaired by the latest 8/23 for my insurance to stay active and wanted them to go over, fix the pop nails, to have the roof replaced at a later date. Also had him take pictures of the porch’s to have them quoted for copper roofs. Never heard back from them. Ended up going with a different company. Very disappointed as this company came highly reviewed.

Called; arranged for an appointment to get a quote. Took off work to meet the estimator; got the'car broke down' story. He (Mike) told me he was sending somebody else. Never heard anything since and its been 3 weeks. Called 3 times and got "hmm, that doesn't sound like Mike. We'll pass this along and I'm sure he'll get right back to you" Yeah; nope. That didn't happen. Typical roofer.

Over the years I've hired numerous contractors to do various repairs or projects around my fairly-new home. I've never been real impressed with some of the efforts or the quality of work I've observed and for which I have paid. However, I recently had an experience that was so awesome from start to finish that I was motivated to write a review of the company. If you ever find yourself in need of a roofing contractor, you really need to consider Bealing Roofing. Read on to see why!! I had a significant section of roofing that needed replaced due to some poor design issues. We were experiencing damaging leaks and I was worried I would never get the problem properly diagnosed or resolved. I knew water was getting in under the shingles on a section of roof that was about 30’ by 30’. That section had very little slope, however. Bealing Roofing was the first to respond to my on-line inquiry and search for help. I found them through HomeAdvisor.com. I also found them on a list of preferred roofing contractors that Owens Corning and GAF have available. Doug, their project manager/sales representative, came out to analyze the situation. He was extremely friendly, personable and professional. He assessed a few things just by looking at the interior damage. He then went up on the roof and began a very thorough investigation. When he was confident he understood the issue, I went up the ladder to see for myself. He carefully explained what he observed and showed me where and how the water was getting under the shingles. It was rushing off the steep pitches around the flat section and forcing its way under the shingles on the flat section due to some poorly designed valleys in the original construction. Doug took pictures, calculated the slope, did some measurements. He also took the time to do a quick overview for me of the skylights, vents, chimney and rest of the roof, just for my own piece of mind. I was afraid there might be other design or construction flaws. When he was finished, Doug explained what it would take to resolve the problem. I was really impressed by his expertise and knowledge. He said he would have an estimate out to me by the next day. I received the estimate by email and that was one of the major factors for me in deciding which contractor to use. You’ll see why below. In the following days, I had three more highly rated roofing companies come out and look at my roof. I wanted to acquire several quotes for my own protection. They all diagnosed the problem to be exactly what Doug had determined. I have no doubt all three of these other contractors would have done an excellent job. However, their prices were all higher. In addition, their written quotes were nowhere near as thorough and detailed and as professional as Doug’s. His quote included pictures of the roof and an impressive step by step guide as to the exact work that would be taking place and the order in which it would take place. That step by step guide also included the details of the set-up and clean-up process, which impressed me. The quote also identified the exact materials to be used and in the exact quantities. There was also a separate page with a list of references in the area from homeowners who had used Bealing, a separate page with all their insurance and licensing information, and a page that detailed the warranty and guarantees of their workmanship. That quote or proposal was really a professionally prepared packet that offered so much clarity and provided so much peace-of-mind. It made all the difference for me. The proposals from the other companies were nothing like that. Two of them only offered a few sentences describing the work to be done and a price. The information I received from Bealing made me feel so much more comfortable as a home- owner in need of some significant repair work. On the day the repairs were to begin, everything proceeded exactly as described. The crew that came out was awesome. Doug also was there helping to coordinate and assess things. The entire process that day was incredibly efficient and professional. Later in the construction, the owner of the company, Andy Bealing, even stopped out to review the progress and meet with me. I was so impressed by that and it sure added to my level of comfort and satisfaction. He was genuinely and sincerely concerned about my needs and any worries I might have. There are a lot of excellent roofing contractors available and many with the same or similar qualifications as Bealing. However, when forced to make major repairs or install a whole new roof, it’s amazing how much the little details matter. Doug’s professionalism, thoroughness, and personality, the detail of the proposal, the extensive warranty, the quality of the construction crew, and the consideration of the owner, all combined for an exceptional experience and a completely happy, satisfied customer. Went very well. Thorough cleanup when finished for the day. With having a pet and concerned about missed debris in the yard, everything was kept neat and magnet used to collect any metal debris and nails when finished. Very pleased!!!
