"Rick left the project unfinished and I had to hire other contractors to finish the job. Today I found out the due to inadequate moisture barrier installation the a lot of the siding on the addition will have to be replaced. I definitely do not recommend Rick Sanders. Additionally he charged us a lot of money in the middle of the build for extras that were represented as free. RUN when you see Mr Sanders show up."

"Reliable Construction did an amazing job transforming our unfinished basement in Frederick MD into a livable space. Right from the start David were very thorough in understanding what we were looking for and also providing us with great ideas for the remodel. David and his crew were great to work with letting us know when they were planning on starting each day, cleaning up the work area at the end of each day, talking me through the steps they were taking during the build, and quickly responding to questions I had.
