R T Sanders Building Contractor

Rick left the project unfinished and I had to hire other contractors to finish the job. Today I found out the due to inadequate moisture barrier installation the a lot of the siding on the addition will have to be replaced. I definitely do not recommend Rick Sanders. Additionally he charged us a lot of money in the middle of the build for extras that were represented as free. RUN when you see Mr Sanders show up.

Rick and his crew did an excellent job on our great room addition. Rick was easy to communicate with and the room is everything we wanted and more. We would definitely recommend them!

Working with Rick and his crew was so easy. They were very responsive to all our questions and concerns during the process. They did a great job on our addition and the work was continuous and without delays. We were very pleased with the job they did for us.

Rick's a genuinely nice guy, very friendly and easy to work with. He did everything we asked and then some. His quote was very reasonable, no hidden costs. His professionalism and easy going manner go hand in hand, making him our top choice, and for any future work we need.

Rick was very eager to please. He is knowledgeable about construction materials and really listened to our views. Rick and his workers were very kind to us during this project ( and managed small changes along the way). They were always willing to please.

They completed and preformed the job under terms agreed.

Rick Sanders came himself to discuss our project and was very knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed that he even brought out an electrician to look at our home as he was putting together the proposal to ensure accuracy. Good company.

He was very helpful, went above and beyond to help us out of a tight jam. We owe a lot to R. T. Sanders. They took on a job others we afraid to handle and did it expediciously and skilfully and the end product is better then we had ever hoped.

Our overall experience has been very good. From planning of the project to checking and keeping an eye on the progress of it. Very open to changes and the subcontractors used were very good.
