We highly recommend ! Dreamville Remodeling oversaw and executed a major addition to our home - the addition of a new kitchen, bathroom and basement transformation along with turning our carport into a living room, and internal restructuring to create new rooms for new uses. It was easy to work collaboratively with them, as we brought our ideas and vision for how we wanted the house to look, feel and function, and they brought their experience for making our vision a reality. We appreciated their frank but respectful input on a number of decisions ("really, the master bathroom should have two sinks") which have proven to be the correct choices! While a significant renovation, we were still able to live in the rest of the house as it went on. We also appreciated their input on decorating decisions (e.g., tile, paint, fixtures) that to us seemed initially overwhelming (so. many. colors.). They helped us zero in on styles we liked, and make decisions that created warm spaces that felt like "us." The fact that our family very naturally moved into the house - both its old and new spaces - is a testament to its thoughtful design and construction. And it was finished on schedule to boot! From move-in and beyond, they have been responsive to questions we've had, as well. We will be using Dreamville for all of are projects moving forward.

The owner, Camilla, has great communication through out the project. Her many years of experience gives clients ideas to improve upon their remodel vision. Since our remodel was consisted of multi rooms, Camilla and her coworkers ensured proper site preparation to minimize 60 years of dirt and dust. Her coworkers promptly arrived on time and always let us know what tasks they hoped to complete that day. She was easy to work with when we decided to have a change order - cost, time, and schedule was clearly communicated. The attention to detail and the finished product was very pleasing. We hired Camilla to remodel a spare upstairs bedroom closet for a stacked washer/dryer. She estimated the project to last 7-10 days. She was able to get it done in 2 days! We had furniture to move and cover over three floors (basement to 2nd floor) in order to get the electrical and plumbing up to the closet, but being put out only 2 days for such extensive work is amazing! The workers were clean, efficient and courteous. Highly recommended.

I initially hired Camilla and her team to replace my deck and fix some rotting wood siding on the back of my home. As luck would have it, 2 days after I hired them, I had a pipe burst inside my dining room wall. Camilla came out that same evening and was there until almost 9:00 pm to get the situation under control. Over the next week and a half, her team fit me into their schedule (often working evenings), to get the problem resolved and fix the damage. I was really impressed (and relieved) by their quick response and thoroughness. They even fixed up some old, unrelated drywall damage that I had just never got around to repairing. And I am also very happy with the job I actually hired them for – my deck and siding. Solid construction and good attention to detail. Camilla was very responsive, answered all my questions without talking over my head, and always explained her reasoning – there were no surprises. Her team was always on time, and actually finished ahead of schedule. Pricing is not the lowest you will find out there, but it is VERY reasonable for the dedication and quality of work you will receive. Dreamville will be on my speed dial for any future problems or projects I have!

We had a side panel on our house that had warped and needed to be replaced. Camilla and her team were able to do the job in a short amount of time. Camilla was very responsive to all communication and was very friendly. We will be using their services again.

My home renovation involved, bathroom updates and new flooring! I couldnâ t have chosen a better company! They weren't priced the lowest, but they delivered high quality work on time which was our main concern. Very knowledgeable and professional. The Dreamville workers came on time, set up the rooms with drop cloths and plastic to protect furnishings. They were very professional and pleasant. I would hire them again for any other project.

I hired Dreamville Remodeling to do several jobs at my house. They completely redid my shower because my shower pan was leaking. They removed and replaced part of my hardwood floors. They also removed a bar and created an island in my kitchen. Their craftsman is phenomenal and very professional. I highly recommend them if you need a contractor.

They came out to my home and inspected the areas and then sketched out the possible renovations.
