"STAY AWAY!!!! This Company cancelled the initial estimate on me 3 times making me drive 90 minutes to the property each time. They finally showed and gave me the typical hard sell "if you sign the contract today..." They gave us a quote so far over market value we should have walked away. But we agreed because of the "70 year history in the industry" We thought we were buying a service from a company with integrity. They took an immediate $18K deposit on a $55K project. I know, shame on me for agreeing to such an amount. We knew we were over spending, but... One month later, they simply cancelled the contract without explanation and without any work on the project. This contract was binding on us but, in their words, was not binding on them because "there's a clause in the fine print that allows them to cancel" THEY STILL HAVE OUR MONEY and I STILL NEED A ROOF Stay away from this company. No integrity No responsibility Unreliable Over priced Will take your money and keep it"

We will look into each customer's needs and situation in order to evaluate the best solution, even if it is not going solar! Unfortunately, we do NOT provide solar panel repair.

From start to finish, the entire process was enjoyable with all the staff from Energy Select; Karen, who gave me a myriad of options and answered all my questions to help me make a well-researched investment that I know will pay off in years to come. Zach helped with the engineering and provided options for install locations with minimal impact on the home or its appearance. Will who assisted with the post-install inspections and permitting process was available and worked around our schedules to make sure we got the certification to operate, as well as explained the process and expectations. The install crew was very professional and gave an explanation of what they would be doing and placed the supplies in a way to not impact our day-to-day. Tamika with operations was helpful with updates on the multiple stages of the project as well as any questions I had during the process. Again, the entire staff at this company was phenomenal with the professionalism and experience they provided during the process. The system has only been on a few days, it's exciting to see how well it works even with the cloudy weather.
