Description of Work: Joe Brown installed a whole house fan and wired an attic fan that another company had not been capable of doing. In a few hours he had products completed, including calling the factory of the whole house fan to ask details about bypassing the control for a remote. That night, one door on the fan failed to open completely, and I called Mr. Brown at about 7 PM. Although his business is over an hour away, he arrived at 6:30 the next morning, took the fan down out of the ceiling where he had framed it in. He quickly adjusted the frame and had it working perfectly. When asked the cost of the return visit, he said "just enough to cover the gas". Of course, his thoroughness, his responsiveness, and his skills had impressed me enough to give him much more than gas money.
