Recently purchased a solar energy system for the house (75% offset). From start to finish, the entire process was enjoyable with all the staff from Energy Select; Karen, who gave me a myriad of options and answered all my questions to help me make a well-researched investment that I know will pay off in years to come. Zach helped with the engineering and provided options for install locations with minimal impact on the home or its appearance. Will who assisted with the post-install inspections and permitting process was available and worked around our schedules to make sure we got the certification to operate, as well as explained the process and expectations. The install crew was very professional and gave an explanation of what they would be doing and placed the supplies in a way to not impact our day-to-day. Tamika with operations was helpful with updates on the multiple stages of the project as well as any questions I had during the process. Again, the entire staff at this company was phenomenal with the professionalism and experience they provided during the process. The system has only been on a few days, it's exciting to see how well it works even with the cloudy weather. If you are looking for a company to go on the solar journey, look no further than Energy Select, cannot recommend them enough.

company is utterly worthless. any issues i had & reached out to them to resolve was always met with indifference & no response list of the things off the top of my head 1)Day 1 the crew was a No call/No show 2)internet cable was cut in half & taped it back together & left it as is 3)Employees caught on ring cam talking s*** 4)the cement driller left all 5 holes unfilled where the supports were installed. for months they sat unfilled w/ no reason given 5)device that incorrectly plugged into AC outlet in house creating a fire hazard 6)countless appointments due to incompetence 7)awful craftsmanship/workmanship 8)trash, materials, cigarette butts, etc left 9)end caps missing on panel rails 10)"car port" is a safety hazard 11)never received promised compensation 12)design error cost me $5k+ more im out of space but believe me, i could go on and on. customer service means f*** all to this company. they desereve less than ZERO stars

Energy Select were professionals throughout the entire process of the work done at my residence (insulation in my attic and a high efficiency hot water heater). They communicated through all aspects of the work being conducted.

Our experience with Energy Select and the installation of our solar panels was outstanding! They are extremely knowledgeable about the products and what the products can do for your renewable energy desires. Their team worked hand in hand with us during the entire process and even helped us apply for grants with the USDA. We were in contact almost daily. If we had any questions or concerns, they were addressed immediately. Honestly, it felt like we were working together as a team during the entire process which made things seem almost effortless. The installation went smooth and was completed much faster than we anticipated. Our solar panels are now generating more energy than we even use. We highly recommend Energy Select for your solar panel needs!

Great, Very Easy

Overall it went pretty well. We've had our panels a little over 2 years. We've enjoyed the substantial savings in our electric bill, and the knowledge that we are reducing our use of fossil fuels. Working with this company was very good. The owner and his crew are very responsive to whatever questions we had. I like that they are a locally owned company, with a local crew. During the installation they were very responsive, and worked hard to fix any problems that arose. Since the installation, if we have any questions, they are always available to talk to.

Excellent. They spent a lot of time working with us on what was the best plan for our house and our energy needs and helped us make an informed decision. They took care of all permits, licenses and approvals and did the complete installation. Everything went well - timely, accurately and effectively. They accomplished what we had hoped for. Also, they were very nice and great to work with. We liked that they were local and easily accessible.

Excellent without any surprises.

Excellent transaction, professional and responsive people. Worked with us to design what we need for our operation. Familiar with the latest technology and up to date on a variety of financing options. They engineered the project with a couple variants, assisted us with finding source financing, as well as seeking appropriate grants. Their customer responsiveness is amazing and always willing to answer questions and explain options. Could not recommend them enough.

I was very pleased. They installed a home generator for a very complicated structure with 2 heavey duty air conditioners and a lot of other electrical equipment. The used the construction blueprints to do it. They were reliable, responsible and a pleasure to deal with.
