"I am still waiting for the return of my deposit as it has been a week since I put this review on hold after putting in the notice that day 24 June of cancellation by email and next day mail. As I have said before I am a disabled Vet, Senior citizen with health problems. I have copies of the emails that I sent on the days of 06/24/2023 and by next day Mail on the 27th notarized copies of the cancellation. Tried calling but went to voice mail. No work has been done so a rating cannot be done on the work, only the price. This job was way overpriced and never got the chance to compare. The salesman was a good person but I have my family doing it for thousands less."

Reza presented the Window Nation Grand View line, which meets our feature requirements, and after a bit of back-and-forth negotiation we settled on a price that was within our range and fair to us both. They were very careful and respectful of our house. The entire team was friendly and polite and experienced and highly skilled. You could tell that they’d done this a time or two. The outside trim work is fantastic and the inside finish work is great. All 17 windows and the sliding door were installed in a single day. Ted went over the operation of the windows and door. The installers damaged our new porch and installed 5 defective windows. We have had 0 updates on how our windows and home will he repaired but we have received numerous. Text, emails, and posted mail begging for 5 stars including a gift card as a thanks. It has now been over 5 months and we still have windows that need to be replaced and Window Nation has fraudulently told the finance department the job is complete so we now need to pay for a job that is not completed. Avoid this company if possible."
