"We have a small apartment community located in Northern Virginia. The property has a lot of trees and shrubbery so mosquitos was a great concern for us. We called Affordable Pest and they were very responsive to our needs. The technicians came out and treated the property and it has been great. I walked the property the evening after the treatment was completed and had no issues with mosquitos. We have now had a second treatment and the results have been fantastic. You can sit at the pool during the evening hours and not get devoured by the mosquitos. About a year ago, I was convinced by a salesman of the company that the scratching noises I was hearing in my house were caused by mice roaming around in the walls of the house. I spent over $12,000 and took on a $150 quarterly maintenance plan to get rid of the mice. The company replaced all insulation in my attic and other areas. Also, the company told me they sealed all holes that the mice might use to enter the house. Over the past year, I have complained repeatedly about the mice still roaming around in my house. Most times, an agent would come to the house, look around the outside and place glue traps in areas inside the house. These are amateurish actions I could undertake myself. Recently, I complained by letter to the owner of Century, Mr. Brett Nunn, about my mice problem. Mr. Nunn did not respond to my letter."
