Steve, the owner, visited my property in Brentwood, MD with his team to evaluate where mice may be entering the property. After doing the evaluation and giving me an estimate, his team, headed by the foreman, Joe, came the first week of July and performed the necessary work as recommended in the estimate. They were efficient, professional, and polite; taking into consideration the necessary PPE needed during this pandemic. The work done thus far has even prevented those nuisance crickets from entering my property thus far! I would absolutely recommend Trappro to anyone that may want to solve, and not just exterminate, unwanted pests.

TrapPro did a great job. Squirrels had come in through one of our exterior vents and were running around the house during the day (which we discovered due to quarantine!). TrapPro set traps and checked them regularly until they were certain the squirrels had left the house. They then repaired and secured all of the possible entry points so that they won't get in again.

Arrived in the time window promised. Two gentleman removed nest and materials, completely cleaning out the duct. Installed screening material to block any further nesting. Completely cleaned up the mess before they left. Took about an hour. Very pleasant, very professional. Problem solved.

Servicemen were very professional and efficient. They set up a variety of traps and after two weeks they patched up area . They will return on 6/1 /20 to do the final patch work. This time frame will give us time to evaluate the situation in case the critters try to come back. Also both men practiced social distancing. Bird(s) found refuge in the powder room exhaust vent, nested and refused to vacate. After contacting many professionals for estimates to perform this task, we decided to go with Trappro. I called to schedule an appointment. Our Technician, Mr. Bradley Adams came during the allotted 3-hour timeframe. He was very professional and explained the entire service process to me. Bradley removed old damaged vent cover, cleaned large bird droppings on siding of house and install new pest vent. Bradley completed the job within 30-40 minutes as he stated. Since he did such amazing job with the power room exhaust vent. We asked Bradley for a quote to do the same to the dryer vent, and it was reasonably-priced for $55. Both vents are now bird free, cleaned and sanitized.

Although they refused to apply my coupon for $400 service, they did accept my $25 off coupon. Company was hired to trap and remove groundhog. Services to be provided for seven days, but because of holiday and weekend, contract was written to cover ten day period (5/21/19 - 5/31/19). I was told they’d come by to check trap everyday but I don’t know if that was actually done. I was told that trap would be closed on Friday because they don’t work on weekends. I checked trap on a Sat and it was still open, leaving me to question if they were actually monitoring it. Trap was removed BEFORE end date of 5/31/19. I noticed it was gone on 5/30/19. I called the office to question its removal and was told they miscalculated my removal date but as a COURTESY they would bring the trap back for one more day. No follow-up information was provided.

Could not have gone better. Although a trap was baited and set up on the roof it was not needed. Joe encouraged the mother to move her babies on her own by spraying male raccoon scent into the attic.( Mothers with babies want to be far from the males as they may harm the young.) Mama spent 2 days moving young to a new more appropriate (woodland) home and then, once confirmed that she was no longer using the roof entrance she had found and enlarged, we had repairs done to seal the apex areas (compromised roof soffits etc. that were, or could have been used by wildlife to get into our attic). Joe, Mike and T.J. were all great to work with.

He was professional, thorough and informative during the service call. The service work was good and I knew what was going on the entire time. Now my vent is bird free, cleaned out, and I even have a warranty for their work including pest removal for five years.

After hearing noises upstairs and seeing a furry head peering out of the hole left from a broken soffit screen, I needed to take immediate action. Having had prior unsuccessful battles with squirrels over my bird feeders, I knew I needed professional help. I called Trappro on a Friday morning and they scheduled me for the first thing the next business day. Unfortunately, they do not work on weekends, so I had to wait a couple of days, worrying about the remodeling project I heard going on in the attic. This explains the B grade for responsiveness. If I had called earlier in the week, I probably would have rated them A. A Trappro tech arrived on time first thing Monday morning and spent about 90 minutes inspecting my attic and roof, setting 3 traps on the roof and sealing the hole with duct tape. The tape job was to see if anybody was entering or leaving my attic. He predicted that we would catch the culprit in about 2 days. On Wednesday, I was woken by the noise of an unharmed, but very ******-off, squirrel trying to get out of a trap. Trappro came out daily to check the traps for about a week and the squirrel was removed a couple of hours later to be released elsewhere, at least 8 miles away. Trappro also recommended 3 repair actions. I took them up on getting a chimney cap, but went elsewhere for the other two. I paid $400 for the trapping and $175 for the chimney. I didn't do any comparison shopping (I just wanted the squatters out ASAP), so I didn't rate them on price. Overall, it was a good experience and I recommend using them. BTW, AA County will loan you traps at no charge if you want to take this battle on your own, but I have never won fighting squirrels and hired a pro.

Took longer than expected but trappro took the extra time to make sure all the squirrels were gone. The technician, Mike, was very professional and conscientious. Everything went great.

To early to tell if lawn has totally been relieved of the moles.

Give raccoons were removed, but problem can't be solved until I get rid of grubs in the lawn.

Great, they arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and resolved it. They kept me informed all through the process. They had to remove a raccoon, come back to verify nothing else had moved in, and then repair the area.

I called Trappro and was immediately scheduled within 24 hours. The technician called the next day and was available to come a little early, if I could support the appointment. He was professional, informative, and very kind to the birds who lived through the experience. I really appreciated the politeness of the person that schedule the appoint and the technician. The service work was great and I knew what was going on the entire time. Now my vent is bird free, cleaned out, and I even have a warranty for their work including pest recently for ten years.

Very well, The staff was professional and did an excellent job of keeping the worksite clean.. They set an exit trap for any visitors to leave and not get back in. They sealed all areas that had small openings for visitors to enter and replace areas with aluminum.

they did an excellent clean up and no returning raccoon use. However they didn't capture any additional raccoons (I had trapped 7 earlier this year). They kept the cages baited and checked them each day for 7 days--

We were very pleased with the Trappro team, from the office folks who prepared our bill to help with insurance to the folks monitoring the traps to the folks in suits doing the cleanup and installing new insulation. Would definitely use again.

Got a estimate but didn't end up using because their schedule couldn't fit us is fast enough. The guy that came out was great, but you have to deal with main office not an individual serviceman so we went with an independent contractor with a freer schedule

They emailed back that they do not remove animals from outside the home. Made some suggestions on how to deal with the pest. Were pleasant, polite and prompt. Thanks to Wendy for taking the time to respond. I would hire this company based on my experience with this event.
