"I hired Nogales Design to renovate my kitchen, pantry, and laundry room. This was a major project and the construction alone took about 6 months. We spent another 6 months on the design and selection of elements before construction started. I cannot find enough words to express my gratitude for how wonderful this project has turned out. "I just had Potts Brothers redo my bathroom and basement, and honestly, they killed it. The whole process was super easy, and the results are amazing. Youssef and Peter were awesome to work with. Youssef helped me figure out the design and had some great ideas that made everything look even better than I imagined. Peter oversaw the work and together with omar and the rest of the team, and they made sure everything was done right and on time. The bathroom is now my favorite part of the house—it’s modern, functional, and just looks so good. The basement went from being a storage dump to a space I actually want to hang out in. The quality of the work is really solid, and you can tell they care about the little details. What I really appreciated was how communicative they were. Youssef and Peter kept me in the loop the whole time, answered all my random questions, and made sure I was happy with how things were going. If you’re thinking about a remodel, I’d definitely recommend Potts Brothers. Youssef and Peter are a great team, and they made the whole thing stress-free. 10/10!"

"Terrible experience. We contracted with Prime Custom (Kamil) to do a full bathroom and kitchen remodel in 2021 and we have had tons of issues. Their license # 2705166476 that they were operating under has been REVOKED as of May 2024. You can check this for yourself by going to the Virginia state website [*** Link removed ***] and entering the License # 2705166476. Yes, the name on the VA state website is different but they were operating externally as Prime Custom. As proof, I have attached a picture of the contract which shows the above License # , and Prime Custom's name. They are now operating under a different license # 2705173804 which I find highly unethical. I have already filed a complaint with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and they will investigate if any laws were broken. Before considering doing business with Prime Custom, or any other contractor, please ensure that you look up their license number on the above Virginia State website. Summary of my experience: - Bathroom: The shower has developed a major leak which is going through the bathroom floor into the lower level. See pictures. I am contracting with another company to fix, which is going to cost thousands of dollars. Kitchen - It failed gas and safety inspections multiple times. To this day, I am concerned about the structural integrity of the load bearing wall in the kitchen and am contracting with another company to fix. Hopefully, this review can save others from the extremely frustrating experience that I have gone through."
