Prime Custom Kitchen and Bath Remodeling

We had a very positive experience with a bathroom remodel from the design phase with Feliz guiding us to a great design at our price point to the build phase during which Nick kept us informed at all times. Great workmanship and attention to details. We live in a condo. Prime Custom was able to navigate the building rules seamlessly. On time and on budget. What else could one ask for. 5-stars.

We just completed a massive remodel of my kitchen /floors/bathroom, and we are very happy. I waited to review until everything was completed and I'm happy to say we would definitely recommend this company to others. The custom made pieces (by Kamil) came out really beautifully and well made. Communication was constant (with our project manager Nick) and the beginning process was painless (with Filiz), and overall we are extremely pleased. Thank you!! Will edit with added pictures.

We had a great experience with Prime Custom Kitchen & Bath for our kitchen renovation. We wanted a European-style kitchen and that is hard to find in this area. Most stores that sell European cabinets don't offer installation and you have to contract a company that knows how to work with European measurements. We found Prime Custom online and decided to make a visit to their showroom. We didn't have an appointment but that was no problem. Filiz explained to us that they take care of the entire process from design to finish. She showed us the kitchen lines they carry and Alusso is exactly what we wanted. We decided to have Filiz start the design process and gave her our requirements. When she came back with the first drawing it was evident that she had carefully listened to us. We also met Kamil, the owner. He is very involved with everything and said it is most important for him that his customers are happy. It convinced us that this was the right company to renovate our kitchen. The whole process went fast and smoothly. Not only did they have to replace the cabinets but they also had to change electrical wiring, plumbing, gas lines and vents. They also designed and built a unique gathering counter and incorporated some last-minute changes we requested without any issue. It is incredible how fast and skillful the crew delivered. Their project manager Idris was on top of everything and always kept us up to date with the schedule. He was very responsive and transparent. The entire renovation took just 20 days and the result is amazing. They transformed a generic dark builders kitchen into a light, spacious modern kitchen. It was a real pleasure to work with them! They always showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. As far as we're concerned, they completely lived up to their "happy customer" principle.

Terrible experience. We contracted with Prime Custom (Kamil) to do a full bathroom and kitchen remodel in 2021 and we have had tons of issues. Their license # 2705166476 that they were operating under has been REVOKED as of May 2024. You can check this for yourself by going to the Virginia state website [*** Link removed ***] and entering the License # 2705166476. Yes, the name on the VA state website is different but they were operating externally as Prime Custom. As proof, I have attached a picture of the contract which shows the above License # , and Prime Custom's name. They are now operating under a different license # 2705173804 which I find highly unethical. I have already filed a complaint with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and they will investigate if any laws were broken. Before considering doing business with Prime Custom, or any other contractor, please ensure that you look up their license number on the above Virginia State website. Summary of my experience: - Bathroom: The shower has developed a major leak which is going through the bathroom floor into the lower level. See pictures. I am contracting with another company to fix, which is going to cost thousands of dollars. Kitchen - It failed gas and safety inspections multiple times. To this day, I am concerned about the structural integrity of the load bearing wall in the kitchen and am contracting with another company to fix. Hopefully, this review can save others from the extremely frustrating experience that I have gone through.

We had an excellent customer experience with Prime Custom kitchen and bath. They transformed the look and layout of my master bathroom, closet and bedroom. From start to finish, Filiz and Idris worked seamlessly with me to design and renovate a space that is not only beautiful, but functional!! They were very easy to work with, very patient and most of all listened to me!! I will definitely be reaching out to them when it’s time to redo our kitchen.

Prime did a fantastic job. The bathroom looks beautiful and they fixed all of our issues with leaking pipes. They even fixed our kitchen ceiling. They were always professional and on time. Aaron is wonderful to work with and I recommend them. I would definitely hire them again.

It was very good. They were on time. Very clean and helpful on the process on selecting things.

The installers were very good. Did a very good. Nothing that I was not very pleased with. The workmanship and being timely.
