We live in area near DC where the zip code seems to inspire a 20% upcharge from many contractors. Given that, we interviewed 12 different contractors for our small bathroom project. Ultimate Remodel LLC was offered the job, we have been incredibly happy with the entire project. Their communication, planning, design, gathering of materials, installation and execution of the project were on time, and first rate. The owner, the staff, and the workers respected our home during installation, and gave us a briefing at the start of each day, and an update at the end of each day in a clear, common sense manner that was honest and true. Every step of the project was honored with integrity and quality workmanship. We ended up having significant floor joist damage and reframed the entire space. The cost was covered in the contingency, and explained, labor and materials, joist by joist. They could have taken advantage since we had no choice, but they took pride in honoring the bid, and being able to stay within budget. After installing full house insulation, new sheathing, new siding, new roofing, new hvac, two electrical projects within a year, we were amazed by the ease with which Ultimate Remodel managed our full gut bathroom project. The most important thing to us is to be able to trust our contractors, Ultimate Remodel LLC is the kind of business that inspires it. Absolute, 100 percent excellent.

Our kitchen remodel was completed on-budget and on-time. It was a pleasure collaborating with the team and the results were even more beautiful than I was expecting.

Tunc's team recently did a full remodel of our basement ~10 years after they did our kitchen/main level. They do first rate work and are very flexible to change things that aren't quite what we like (even if it was agreed earlier). Tunc is a good communicator and doesn't add stress to the process.

Ultimate Remodel renovated our guest bathroom, and we were very happy with the experience and how everything turned out. The crew worked very quickly, finished the renovation on time, and the price was reasonable (with no surprise price increases at the conclusion of the work). This was our second time working with Ultimate Remodel LLC and we are thrilled with the results. The bathroom looks better than we could have imagined and the process from start to finish was made easy by Tunc and his team. We came to them with an idea of what we were looking for and a wall color, and they helped us pick corresponding cabinets, tiles, and fixtures. They said we should plan for the work to take up to 2 weeks because of taking down the wall, but they were done early (except for the custom door that couldn't be installed until everything else was done) and the quality was top notch. The teams working in the house were also great. We felt comfortable having them in the house even when we weren't able to be here, and they were really wonderful about taking care of our things, including sealing off the rooms close to the worksite to prevent dust dust and debris from the construction spreading throughout the house. We absolutely plan to work with them again for future remodel jobs.

Such a great experience with Ultimate Remodel. This is the first time we've ever remodeled parts of a house, and Tunc and his team were patient, informative, and professional. Remodeling companies in Northern VA have outrageous prices, but ultimate didn't just have the best quote, but also provided feedback on what asks may not be worth the additional cost. They never tried to upsell or suggest that we had to go with certain selections. When we did prefer higher-priced items, they helped us manage where we could cut back to accommodate. One of the best parts? They finished early. EARLY! They were very aware that my husband was deployed and I worked full time at home (and have 2 small children) all during a pandemic. They rearranged their schedule so that I wasn't more than 2 week without a fully functioning kitchen. FOR REAL. I can't express how impressed I am with their whole team.

I could not have asked for a better renovation experience than I had with American Renovation Inc. From beginning to end, it was a very professional operation. Unlike with other companies, my many questions were responded to honestly. Their contractors are skillful, and the products were high quality and fairly priced. Plus, the end result is exactly what I wanted.

My experience with Ultimate remodel could not have been any better. We hear about all they horror stories but rarely do we hear the wonderful stories. The owner came to offer a quote. He was on time, dressed professional and listened to my specs. A few days later he came back with a quote and sketch. Once I surveyed over 5 contractors, I decided to go with Ultimate Remodel. I went to showroom to look at the material and decided tto proceed. The start date could not be determined due to supply chain issues. Well to my surprise, it started about 2.5 early. Everything went as schedule and the owner and project lead were responsive. They did the work within the time and cost agreeded up. I would rehire Ultimate Remodel for my next project.

I had a great experience with Tunch and his remodeling crew from Ultimate Remodel. I interviewed 10 contractors for this job until I found the right one. I have done lots of remodeling and have previously built a house and have lots of experience with contractors. This was by far my best experience. From the beginning, Tunch provided me with the most detailed proposal and the best price. After reading their excellent Angie's List reviews, I knew that I could trust them to do a good job. I also checked up on their license with Fairfax County which is in good standing. (Not the case with some of the other contractors I checked out.) The remodeling crew arrived every day to do work and worked hard the entire time they were at my home. We agreed to some Covid-19 protocols which everyone respected. The entire house, including floors, was protected from demolition and renovation dust throughout the entire renovation. The crew is skilled and does the job right without being asked. In our master bathroom we had lots of plumbing and electrical changes and re-routing of our hydronic baseboard heating system. Most other contractors that I spoke with didn't want to work with the heating system or simply didn't know how. Not the case with the Ultimate Remodel crew. They did a fantastic job overall. I have already recommended them to many of my neighbors and I would definitely hire them again.

We had a great experience with Ultimate Remodel renovating our kitchen. Tunc Aydogdu captured our vision for our new kitchen from our “wish list” and exceeded our expectations. We were impressed with his attention to detail, our new cabinets and quartz countertops fit perfectly, the undercabinet lighting and recess lights are a wonderful addition and the wood floors are beautiful. For those who just want the bottom line: HIRE THEM! For those who want to know why: let’s start with Tunch. We liked him from the first moment we met him and it was immediately clear how experienced he is. We had consultations with several companies and Tunch was the only one who offered actual design ideas rather than just pricing out what we thought we wanted. He was also the only one who wasn’t afraid to tell us if we were going down a route that might not be best idea or, just as importantly, maximize the resale value of our renovations. His prices are fair and he was great about working with us to use our budget to the fullest - especially when we expanded the job to include all four of our bathrooms. And then there is the crew. We cannot say enough good things about Alex (both of them!), Omar and Noe. They are the nicest guys and so hardworking. They work quickly, cleanly, and really pay attention to details. They are true craftsmen who made sure everything they did was finished beautifully. As other remodeling projects come up in our home, one thing is clear - Ultimate Remodel will be our ONLY call.

Ultimate Remodel created a custom design for my new kitchen which included moving utilities and removing and installing walls. They did an amazing job and vastly improved the beauty and functionality of the kitchen. The cabinets, counter tops, and all their materials are top quality. I was impressed with the quality of the workmanship. They were also able to get the work done quickly. I will definitely work with Ultimate Remodel again.

We highly recommend Ultimate Remodel. We have now used them for multiple sizable jobs: refinishing our basement and renovating 2.5 bathrooms. Probably the best review we can give is that we plan to hire them again! For our bathrooms, Tunch was helpful and wonderful to work with. He met with us multiple times to help select materials. We had an ugly bump out in our half bathroom and Tunch came up with a great plan that somehow made the bathroom look larger, even while hiding the bump out. Similarly, in our small master bathroom, he helped pick out materials to make it look so much larger. The crew is also great. They really go above and beyond to ensure a smooth process, and they kept the space very clean even during demolition. The bathrooms were nearly perfect upon completion, so we did not have to spend time and energy negotiating a punch list. The result is 3 bathrooms we really love. We highly recommend!

Could not be more pleased by the quality of work and insightful recommendations by Tunch Aydo that resulted in a kitchen renovation that exceeded our expectations. His crews were highly professional, consistently on time, meticulous in their work and respectful of our townhome. The cabinets, lighting, faucet and all materials are of exceptional quality. He stayed at budget and finished on time. Our punch list was only three items, all resolved in less than a day. Could not be happier.

Excellent work and under time pressure (only five weeks from when we signed contract to the time we had to move back in to house); attention to detail; high-quality materials and obvious pride in craftsmanship. House looks better than when we first moved in, and it was new back then. Would gladly hire Ultimate Remodel again for next project.

Tunc was easy to contact via email. He came to my house and took measurements. He provided a quote that was 2k less than the 4 other quotes I received. The work was completed in 4 days. The bathroom was completely renovated and looks fantastic! I am happy that I went with Ultimate Remodel and will use them in the future.
