"I hired Nogales Design to renovate my kitchen, pantry, and laundry room. This was a major project and the construction alone took about 6 months. We spent another 6 months on the design and selection of elements before construction started. I cannot find enough words to express my gratitude for how wonderful this project has turned out. The final product looks absolutely stunning! People who had seen my previous kitchen & laundry room when they walked in were awestruck and speechless. The final product looks elegant, modern and yet classic. The attention to detail and superb functionality are on display at every inch. I had worked with Javier (the business owner) about 15 years ago on another kitchen, so I knew he was a great guy to work with. This time I was blown away! I have several properties, and I have done several renovations of kitchens & baths over the years. I can confidently say that Javier is the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. He is not cheap but professional, knowledgeable, creative, solution-oriented, and cares about customer satisfaction. Many contractors may be able to do a good job. But one of my primary factors to judge a vendor, is how he would deal with unexpected issues and problems. Javier is the ultimate professional when it comes to that. There is always a solution for every problem and he takes responsibility when he or his staff come short of customer’s satisfaction. It is truly a pleasure to work with him. He could not be this successful without having great people working for him. Lucas, who managed the day-to-day aspects of the project, was a great guy. He was professional, cool-headed, detail-oriented, organized, and pleasant. And above all, Alvaro, who actually built my kitchen, pantry, and laundry room mostly by himself, is nothing short of a Superman. He is a master in anything he does. He worked so hard and so diligently in every little detail to make the kitchen look so perfect. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! They will be my go-to vendor for my future projects. I am so thankful for what they accomplished!"

"I really wanted to be able to leave a wonderful review, especially as there are so many good ones, which was partly why we chose My Kitchen and Bath-Vienna to do our small kitchen renovation. To start with the positives, HUGE shout out to Josh Turgut who had the grandest of vision for our tiny 1940’s kitchen which included some significant behind the wall design challenges. He designed us an awesome kitchen with everything we were looking for within our budget. We are very appreciative of his expertise, kindness, and overall professionalism. As for the project itself, the begin, middle, and end of our project was nothing but disappointing. Demolition left uncleared debris and some scratches on our glass topped washer as nothing was covered underneath in our basement (directly underneath our kitchen). The contractor was unprofessional, and clearly lacked technical ability and attention to detail. There was damage to cabinet fronts (which had to be argued with the project manager not just to be touched up with paint but replaced; won’t come in for weeks post project completion), grout poured in our back yard, and having to replacing a potion of our kitchen floor after having been completed blaming “it was walked on” (him and another worker rolled the fridge over the floor not even 24 hours after grout was complete). Our new dishwasher was scratched upon reinstallation with nothing reported to us about it. The construction manager UT seemed knowledgeable and when we were able to connect, seemed to want to ensure things were going as planned and to our satisfaction. The project manager Burak responded, mostly in haste, to all my inquires of questions and concern and came out to meet in person several times. It didn’t seem as if he had any specific information about our project, as there was no follow up after demolition regarding our back wall which we were unsure could be taken down and was a very important part of our kitchen renovation. A cabinet was also installed with built in trash cans that we did not request and were unable to replaced with our original request for a regular cabinet. I think it should also be noted, in my opinion, that the price of some of the renovation was over priced, being charged $600 to put in a water line for our fridge or the $550 for hardware to be installed (we supplied our own purchased hardware). Overall, we are left a well designed kitchen with some unsightly errors."

"I have been using the team at home breakthrough for years. At this point they fully remodeled my basement including adding a new bathroom/wet bar. As well as a huge overhaul of my main floor bath and laundry room. The quality of their work is outstanding. I also love their quote structure. They start with a labor number and give you an idea of what materials will cost but it’s essentially a chose your own adventure on how high end you want to go on features etc and they are very helpful to guide you on the way as well as have great experts to point you to on cabinets, fixtures, tile, countertops etc to help you achieve your vision. Look forward to having them back for my next project!"

"In the past, we’ve typically hired general contractors based on solicitations at our home. This has unfortunately resulted in more than a few misses. But we went through Angi this time and the pro we chose, Omar’s General Contracting, was definitely a hit. Omar was professional and communicative. His crew was great. On time, very tidy, reasonably priced, flexible, and a perfect finished product. We hired them on Sunday and they started on Monday. In two days, Omar and his crew were able to basically rebuild our entire eat-in kitchen ceiling following a large plumbing project. I honestly think it looks better now than it did before the work.
