"Called On top roofing for an estimate, it took several weeks to get back to us, got the estimate and agreed to have the work done. A few guy showed up one day and started working, we were not notified they were coming to work,good thing we were here that day. They did the job and left without ever communicating with us about the work. We did a walk around and discovered that some of the work was not completed. So called the company back and the owner came out to look at the job, he said it would be about another $100. To complete. We were not happy because this was supposed to be in the estimate we agreed on. The workers show up again unannounced and did the job. We then received a bill for $200. More, again this was not what was agreed upon when talking to owner. We were hoping to form a relationship with this company for future work, but that's not going to happen, there was no communication and even with a written contract they will somehow charge you more than agreed on."

"I had a FANTASTIC experience with LCT! It started with a prompt response from them, setting up an appointment the next day after a tree fell on my house. James came down and explained everything thoroughly and gave me some options. After talking to a few other vendors, I knew I wanted to go with LCT. Their pricing was better than the other quotes and James was great to work with. Before the crew started any work I met the owner, Luis, and knew I had chosen the right company. He was just as great as James, very thorough and let me know what would be happening. In addition to needing the roof replaced we also had some damage to rafters and decking to replace. After the job was complete, Luis did a thorough inspection of the work and made sure I was happy with everything. The crew did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the work. "We had our decks demolished and rebuilt by another contractor earlier this Summer. Said contractor, in the process, removed significant portions of our vinyl siding and was not able/willing to replace them. I reached out to numerous Boston-area vinyl siding contractors, only to have almost 100% of them tell me the "job was too small" for them to consider. I was becoming concerned that nobody would be willing to replace our siding when I found Diamond Construction. John came out to assess the project and our needs and spent time speaking with us about the scope/execution of the project. We made him aware of our budget, and he was sensitive and responsive to our financial limitations. The work was completed in a professional, workmanlike, timely manner. John and his staff (Erika and the crew) maintained great communication throughout the entire process from the before we even signed the contract all the way through the end of completion. We were extremely pleased with the results of the vinyl siding repair/replacement performed by Diamond and plan to use them again in the future to replace an old bay window in the front of our apartment, as well as our old sliding glass door in back, once our budget permits. Magically, they have no record of quoting me 4-6 weeks, though I have email records saying otherwise. Just a miserable company to do business with, would never recommend to any homeowner."
