MTS was excellent to work with. Matt the owner was super responsive to any questions we had and was very helpful on suggestions for our roof. No pressure, great communication, on time and the work is excellent. Would highly recommend.

Matt is wonderful to work with. Very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. His crew is timely and respectful of the property. Matt will send progress pictures or has the crew stop if something unexpected comes up just to ensure we know what’s going on and what to expect. We will definitely be using MTS again!

The first roof they put on was absolutely beautiful, till a solar company came out and in stallled panels decided they did it incorrectly never flashed the holes and other damage from them occurred I then called MTS siding and roofing to come out and estimate the damage I called them because the first experience was great ! He immediately came out an estimate that I found very reasonable was given I believe that following week they were here and ready to work very polite Matt the owner of MTS made himself available that very day the work was being done he explained in detail what would be done which I thought was great it put my mind at ease The crew and foreman were there bright and early on time they were all so polite and happy which made me feel better I knew they wanted to work and was ready for the task at hand they worked efficiently and in a timely manor after the roof was done they were meticulous in the cleanup leaving the property as it looked before hand The nice touch was that if I had any concerns Matt the owner. Was only a phone call away I thought that was very personable the Forman was great too he helped in the cleanup they worked as a team . And my roof looks great ! I was very pleased with the whole experience but then again I knew I would be they were great the first time around ! We contacted Matt based on rave reviews of his work by a neighbor. Our neighbor was absolutely correct. Matt explained every aspect of the work in detail. He was clear and patient. The job started and ended when he said it would. The siding crew was excellent and hard working. Matt ALWAYS responded to my text or call within minutes. We are thrilled with how our home looks. I would hire Matt for any job in the future. Truly exceptional!!

Matt and his team went above and beyond expectations. The team was done early and even cleaned the leaves under the deck.

Got a new roof 6 months ago, zero issues since. They came out and gave a quote that included everything, didn't nickel and dime me for extras like chimney flashing or drip edge that should be included like others have. Came over the in the AM and finished up by early afternoon, same day. Would gladly hire again.

Excellent from start to finish.

We were very impressed with Matt and his team. We needed our roof replaced on our Cape along with gutter guards. We put in a request for quotes on Angie's list and they called us that day to schedule an estimate the following day. Quote was very reasonable for grade of materials (GAF) compared to other companies and allowed flexibility in choosing warranty. Team was able to come out and install roof within a few weeks. They were very communicative throughout the process and performed the work in one day. This process was very easy compared to other home improvement/repair projects we have undergone. Would highly recommend.

Matt, AL and their team were excellent. This was our first time doing a new roof for our home and are very happy about how everything came out. Matt has a solid group of people working for him. They whipped this project out and left the property spotless. Would recommend to anyone looking to get some work done at a price that can't be beat.

In February (2020) I hired MTS Siding & Roofing LLC to install a new roof on our family’s ranch home, and they were the right choice for us! We performed all the usual homework upfront before deciding on MTS, including online reviews, neighbor referrals, and in person meetings with various contractors. Here’s what earned our business and prompted what I hope is a very positive review: timely response to our initial inquiry, flexibility in scheduling a site visit, professional communication throughout the project, product options, high quality products, product warranties, a transferable warranty (should we sell), and a warranty on craftsmanship – not always easy to find with a reasonably priced contractor. Basically, they checked all the boxes I was looking for and then delivered on expectations. While MTS didn’t have the lowest quote (or the highest for that matter), the combination of professionalism and value simply couldn’t be beat. A big thank you to Matt, Al, and Team for a job well done!!

Matt and his crew did an awesome job. Responsive, work was done super fast, honest, and very fair on their estimates. All things you want when someone is working on your house. I found MTS through reviews. Everyone seemed very satisfied so I checked them out and I ended up signing Matt and MTS for the job and here is why: Matt came in, was quick but thorough on what needed to be done in the quote. Gave me the options and laid it out very simply. No bogus upselling of any kind [like i got with the other bigger roofing companies], just options and what you get with each. After signing with them, they came in and did the work in a day!! The whole time Matt was on top of keeping me informed what was going on [was out of town at the time]. I got back and the roof looks awesome. Again I can't stress enough what a difference working with a company that is: transparent, communicates well, and is very upfront and fair about the work and prices is. Great company and I'm very satisfied.

We worded with Matt who was great. His crew worked quickly and did a great job in a very short period of time. The roof and gutters look great and they did a good job cleaning up after the job was done. The best part was that Matt offers the same products that other roofers offer but he does not give you that high pressure sales pitch that last for hours on end like some other remodeler do.

The siding and gutters came out nice in the end. However, it was a headache trying to get them to stick to the contract. On top of that, I was quoted 5 days for the job. It took 21 days. I work from home and they obviously weren't planning on that. I happened to go outside and noticed the vinyl siding was going on before the tyvek seams were taped. When I mentioned it, the employee said they don't normally tape the seams. That was in the original estimate. I did not request it. When I spoke with the owner, he told me that his employee said I was watching everything he did. I don't have time for that. As I started to respond, I was cut off with "I didn't mean to offend you." I wasn't offended but that quick comment came across as a deliberate attempt to offend. At this point I did start paying closer attention. I requested 3x4 downspouts with the gutters. It took 3 conversations to get it in the contract even though the estimate amount was raised the 1st time I mentioned it. The gutter company showed up with 2x3 downspouts. They told me it was not possible to install 3x4 downspouts on a 5" gutter which is incorrect. They talked with Matt, the owner of MTS, and he said he didn't believe the 3x4 downspouts were in the contract. After showing them the contract, they made the 3x4 downspouts for me, which I then had to install myself with my own 3x4 outlets for a 5" gutter. As the entry doors were installed I requested for the door knobs to be flipped so that the keyholes would match the deadbolt keyhole and I wouldn't have to flip my key every time I unlock my door. Again, I was told that it was impossible. 20 minutes later I had them flipped myself. In the end I was also charged $1000.00 over the estimate for 2x4 framing around the sliding door because the new door was smaller than the original. This was all measured before the original estimate. I understand that sometimes there are additional costs, but I would think that this would have been obvious when the price of the door was checked and the measurements didn't match up. I would not hire this company again.

Obtained three quotes for the job (cape style , two story house with a low pitch, full shed dormer). Interviewed each contractor; Matt of MTS Siding and Roofing impressed me with his professionalism, patience and commitment to get the job done right the first time. He and crew showed up on time and exceeded my expectations for quality, communication, attention to detail and cleanup. I will definitely hire again for my next job in the area. They were fantastic; six months from the install and no problems whatsoever after a harsh New England winter.
