His response is always within the hour with an inspection and quote usually by the next day. Once scheduled, the work is completed in a timely manner. Communication with Mike is excellent! Work is always performed in a safe and professional manner by his crew, taking care to use extra caution around plants, shrubs and fences. Clean-up is complete before leaving. The very next day he called me back, much to my surprise because anyone living on the cape knows contractors are notorious for not calling back. He and his team quickly did the work. I was amazed how fast and neat they were. The work was completed in a day and a half. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! they cleaned out leaves that have been there for years and removed some trees and added wood mulch. They also added mulch around the flower beds, trees and around my fish pond. I highly highly recommend Dony Santos!!! I would give him and his crew 10 stars if possible."
