"For our home addition/renovation we are very grateful to have found Richard Connolly and his site iCornerstone. Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it. We interviewed a number of general contractors but we were overall a bit uncomfortable after the interviews due to gaps in transparency regarding how costs were calculated and how timelines were established, resulting in some lack of confidence. We happened upon Richard’s iCornerstone site via Angies. Richard provided an extremely transparent and detailed description of his unique and practical process, which delivered a set of superb designs along with a truly logical, transparent, and honest listing of costs, both materials and labor, at all stages, and how those costs were derived. Richard also delivered transparency on timelines, and he provided recommendations for all the needed tradespeople that he had historically a close working relationship with; alternatively we could have selected tradespeople of our own choosing. Richard and his process gave us the utmost confidence for proceeding. We proceeded with our renovation under Richard’s guidance and his own crew and the entire process went according to plan with excellent communication, rapport, and confidence at all stages from excavation to final finish work. "Matt at Tempco Floors was Amazing! He was quick to respond throughout the project, was completely professional, did exemplary work, was timely and reliable to a T! Matt went above and beyond and I have to say, the entire experience was beyond a pleasure. I am so grateful to have met Matt and used his services. This was a big project, he carpeted my bedroom, put wood laminate flooring in the whole place, and my bathroom too. . His assistant was awesome as well, and I wood be thrilled to have the both of them back to my home. Oh, and the floors look amazing. Just amazing. The old flooring was really old and disgusting, and they got it out of here and left the place spotless. I highly recommend. 10/10 stars. ð"

"Signed contract on May 8 for deck build.On May 12 rep came to my office to collect deposit of apprx $13,000. He said project team meeting on Wed & would update me then on start date etc. On Fri May 16 I had to reach out to him. He wrote the team had met & materials were ordered. An hour later he wrote back that he was misinformed & that his boss was going to call me next week. Despite this, dep check cashed. On Mon 5. 20 rep wrote back that they had forgotten certain costs & to proceed it would be $8,000 more. Not a typo. $8,000 more. No apology. Ridiculous, contract rescinded. I wrote that he could return my deposit at my office just as he had collected it. On Wednesday the 21st I got a text from "Tom," presumably the owner/boss, saying he would "drop a check in the mail" to my address. Today is May 30th, Friday, and still no check. Check at a minimum should have been overnighted. They owe me interest not to mention the deposit to hire a contractor who will honor contract. Bad."

The team repaired a bedroom that had been damaged, installed a new front door, and updated our siding and window frames, and they did an outstanding job. Their workmanship was excellent, and everything turned out even better than we expected. The crew was professional, friendly, and easy to work with—great communication, always on time, and very respectful of our home. The entire process was smooth from start to finish.
