The entire structure he replaced now has an 8 bow in the middle, and getting worse. He refuses my attempts to reach him, after sending over a dozen emails. He came once, said he would let me know what he could do, then ghosted me! It is been almost 3 weeks since he was here, and it seems he has no intention of doing ANYTHING! I would never consider working with him again! He has no integrity or pride in what he does. Please BEWARE!"
