We would absolutely recommend John Ambrose. Him and his team recently did a complete kitchen and mudroom remodel for us and we couldn't be happier. He had full transparency with the time the projects would take to complete, what materials would cost, and great communication with us the entire time. John exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We enjoyed working with him so much that my husband and I keep thinking of new projects we can have him do for us to help us complete our dream home!

John and his team were amazing! John was very personable, cared about the work his team did, and personally inspected the work upon completion. John’s tile team was very professional, always punctual, very clean with the job site and of course gave us an amazing new tiled bathroom! Highly recommend, we will be calling John for our next home project!

We were really happy with the work that John's team did at our home. It was our first relatively big home project, and John was communicative and transparent throughout. They removed a rotting ground level deck, and then built out a 30x13 deck that connected to our house directly as well as a step off & built-in bench seating. John's pricing was transparent and he kept a weekly invoice schedule so there were no surprises. The final project cost was probably 25-30% more than anticipated, but that had nothing to do with John -- it was because of the cost of PT lumber almost doubling from the time of estimate to the actual project.

John and crew have completed several jobs for my wife and I. He is transparent with pricing, shows up daily, completes work in a timely manner and cleans up the work site each day. He is always in communication and very professional. You can't ask for anything more.

We had a water leak that created a bad situation, and we needed someone to fix a kitchen as soon as possible. Mr. Ambrose, firstly, was the only contractor to return my call when we needed help redoing the kitchen of our rental apartment. He came over right away, made a quick assessment of the situation, and did a thorough and professional job. The kitchen looks amazing, thanks to Mr. Ambrose and his team. He was also able to coordinate a plumber to hook up the new sink. We will hopefully have him in to remodel our own kitchen soon!

better than expected estimate was on target John was very helpful in choosing fixtures flooring. I could not have asked for anyone more helpful. I would use and refer him to anyone. I have sent several large jobs his way John and his employees were very nice to deal with cleaned up and did a great prep job. when the jobs were finished he had a cleaning lady come in and clea n floors walls it was just that little extra that shows he cares .Our building inspector said he had never seen such beautiful corners in a 1900 era house.

John has done work for us a few times now. It is like finding a great mechanic. He is fair and just does the work. Shows up, actually returns calls. John does work, I pay, he leaves... simple.

The project went great. John and his crew showed up every day on time. They dealt with a ton of unforeseen problems and still met the project timeline. They were on budget and left a clean worksite everyday. Simply they were terrific to work with., The quality of work is terrific and I am very happy.
