John at US Home Improvement replaced a few sections of siding that had succumbed to rot and old age. He was prompt in responding back and was able to complete the work on a weekend which was even better. I asked how much life the rest of the siding had in it, to which he gave an honest response that it still had a few seasons of life left. That honesty was appreciated as he did not push a full remodel on the spot. We’ve already decided that when the time comes for a full remodel, we will choose US Home Improvement.

We couldn't be happier with the work they did. We called a few contractors to get estimates, John called us back in a timely manner while the others either didn't call back or waited a week or longer. We looked at that as to say US Home Improvement is serious about their business and about our time. John and his son both came to speak with us and give an estimate. John knows his stuff and his knowledge and confidence put us at ease. When they started work, they started when they said they would and finished in a week. They worked Saturday and Sunday! We added a few extras to our plans, an extra outdoor light, new front door with more "presence" and we asked them to "do something with the ugly deck pillars" We didn't know what could be done but, they did. Our front door and deck look great. John was always available to take calls and answer questions. Again we are thrilled with the workmanship and any other aspect you could think of. People have stopped their cars to tell how nice the house looks. We will hire them for any other work we do. I can't recommend them enough!

This entire process went flawlessly. This company really takes pride in their work. The quality was impecable, they were professional and pleasant to deal with. I am entirely delighted with the new Windows and definitely use them again.

John Carroll and his son John did an excellent job with repairs done to my 2 1/2 family house. John was easy to work with and any time I needed to contact him, he quickly responded. Pricing was on point. After the harsh winter and high winds, a large section of vinyl siding on the back of my house blew off. Replacement siding was perfectly matched and seamlessly blends. The siding on the front porch was buckling due to improper installation and it now looks great. Inside of the house three locksets were installed to replace original door closures in my 1895 home. Three new windows were installed and now function beautifully. Overall, I am very pleased with all of the work they have done and would recommend them to anyone needing home improvements. Fairy well. Lock on patio door poorly installed, requires a special adjustment motion to make it work. Basement door also has lock problems: The handle lock and deadbolt lock cannot be locked at the same time due to misalignment. Only one or the other can be used. Otherwise the doors operate well and look good.

These guys were great-efficient, responsive and good value for money. Highly recommended.

John and his son, did exactly what they said they would, at the cost they quoted even with a few extras. John, the owner was on site all the time to supervise and answer any questions I had. John is an easy going guy with confidence about his work the result of many years in the business. Friendly and relatable. We liked having him around. Wife's Review: John and his team are excellent. Communication with John was excellent, and he was always available to answer questions, as well as help with other issues unrelated to the siding. They were thorough and fair. I enjoyed having John and his crew around everyday that I intend to hire them for additional household projects. John gave me very informative information regarding replacing our decks, but never put pressure on me to purchase this service. I would recommend John Carroll and his son John for any project. It went very well. John the owner gave me a quote last spring at which time I was impressed with his experience and knowledge. I took some time to make a decision as to if I would have the house sided this year. Finally when we decided to go ahead They held the price quoted earlier. His bid was the lowest of the three firms I contacted. The job was started in August and all went well. The workers seemed to know what they were doing as the answers all questions I had as the process continued. I would recommend this firm highly!

John at US was very patient and friendly. He came by the house sat down at out table and walked us through everything. He was very flexible with the scheduling. 9 windows were done in 1/2 a day . They cleaned up and removed the old windows. I will be using them again very soon

I was looking for someone to repair a broken seal so I contacted US Home Improvement. They were quick to respond, but unfortunately did not provide the service I needed. They did point me in the right direction for my repair.

It went very well. I had US Home Improvement replace the windows of the lower level of my house about 4 years back. Due to the excellent expereince, I hired them again to replace the upper level windows. John is an honest man and has a strong work and professional ethics. His crew did a great job, just like last time. They arrived on time and cleaned up the work areas very well after they left. After inspecting the windows, I saw some minor things and I called John. He sent his son within two days to take care of everything I wanted. Neddless to say, both he and his son take pride in customer service. I would highly recommend US Home Improvement.

It went well. After our first phone call, John responded quickly and came to give an estimate. He had his son come to double check the measurements. We were told that the door and windows would arrive and be installed in mid-May, and that happened on schedule. They were very professional. We had one minor issue which needed to be fixed after the installation, and It was done very quickly after we pointed it out. The crew cleaned up nicely when they left. We had used this provider twice before, and have always been happy with their services.

John and his crew were punctual and tidy. They cleaned up all of the mess they made, and some we had left! The windows being replaced had lead paint and we have a 1 year old so John expedited the delivery and installation of the windows to ensure the work was done before we moved in. The wood was rotting between two of the windows and John rebuilt that section of the frame without any delay in completing the job. He was willing to rebuild a simpler version of the frame at no extra cost. We found a couple of small issues during our walk-around and John's crew fixed them all immediately.

I would hire them back in a heart beat if needed.

They were good and quick. Their price was pretty good. It may have been a little pricey but it was competitive. They have just been good and I was happy with them. I have noticed an improvement with our insulation.Their responsiveness was very good and they were there before they said that they would. Their professionalism was also excellent.
