He gave me a number of options for remediating things and showed me where we could do things in a less expensive manner--explaining the costs and benefits of the different approaches. For example, in one area he told me it was going to cost a significant amount for him to remediate and that it would ultimately be much cheaper for me to replace a section of wood railing instead of remediating the paint. This was to my benefit and his detriment, so I really appreciated it. His crew remediated 15 historic windows and they fixed some cracked panes of glass without my even asking. Peter was very fair, always in communication, and they completed the work promptly and professionally. I highly recommend."

Within an hour I called & confirmed the original appt. As a courtesy, I mentioned I didn't anticipate traffic, but, if there was a problem, we had one another’s phone #'s to advise. "Be careful. I called to have a radon mitigation system installed and the sales rep on the phone took down the information and scheduled the appointment. I was upfront about an interior drain being installed. When the technician arrived, he said he'd be happy to install the system, but that it would be worthless because of the interior drainage system. I then received a $200 invoice for the site visit. Frustrating scenario to have a sales rep schedule the appointment, knowing full-well that I had an interior drain, and then the technician tell me there's no point to install a mitigation system, but then charge me for the inconvenience of it all."
