Odor was strong. Had to stay a night in hotel. They had warned us in advance. Team was very thorough and showed pride in work. They also gave us advice on how to avoid future issues. Good value for amount of work they did.

The Mold Doctors was able to schedule our work very quickly and performed the remediation in only four days after budgeting 5 days for the work. The air quality immediately improved, the damp smell disappeared and the crawl space looks incredible. They were able to accommodate our very tight schedule and went way out of their way to get equipment out to the summer house to get the work done in time. Part of the cost for our remediation included shipping equipment out to the house and renting a truck. I would highly recommend them for any type of mold removal & remediation.

Because of the extent of the work, timing and cost we decided not to proceed at this time.

Wallace was fantastic! He performed a complimentary test of the walls and floors for moisture, and examined for evidence of mold. Based on his examination, he recommended several do-it-yourself measures to prevent the build-up of moisture and keep things mold-free. It was a great relief to get an honest, professional assessment that didn't try to sell drastic measures which (hopefully!) will not be needed.

I am very satisfied with the job they did. The second part they installed a Sante Fe dyhumidifier which was too loud and they promised and followed through with removing and refunding that charge.

I had the attic done last week and the ceiling today. Both times the workers were prompt, extremely professional and polite, personable and courteous. They did their jobs well and answered any questions I had. They sealed off the areas they were working on which helped diminish the chemical odor, but it was still strong and lasting, but it was mold removal so you expect that. They took care to clean up very well after they were done. I didn't even need to sweep up later. The man coming to do the estimate last month was prompt and answered all questions thoroughly. The company was patient with scheduling while we prepared for the service. While I hope to never need their services again, if i do, they will be the ones I will call.

Outstanding. Used AL coupon. He checked the entire house. Found some water penetration in upstairs closet. Performed an air test and camera test behind wall. Tests came back negative. Would highly recommend this service to anyone.

This was a big deal purchase and it was not great. The big deal covered everything they did, but he literally only sampled one site. They called it a whole house sample and the verbiage of the deal says they sample multiple sites and they literally sampled one site.

Two day process..............extensive "scrubbling" of all floor joists, infected walls and air cleaning.

Recommended replacing cardboard storage boxes in bsmt with plastic containers, upgrade my bsmt humidifier. Attic had significant mold that they sent for testing. We got a proposal and will be using Mold Doctors to do the remediation.

We had a great experience. They were easy to reach and responsive throughout the whole process from scheduling the appointment for an estimate all the way through to doing the work. The price was competitive with other quotes we got but their work was also the most comprehensive. When we scheduled the work we were told exactly what to expect and what it would cost. The workers showed up exactly as scheduled. They were pleasant, professional and very considerate. The project actually took a little less time than we were told, which was an added bonus. My attic is now mold-free and treated. I have a certificate to show the work that was done and the warranty that came with it. I could not be more pleased with my experience.

We originally purchased a mold inspection through an Angie's List deal. We had several areas of concern prior to the inspection, but the inspection proved that only one area had potential for mold. An air test was done as part of the inspection and showed that no air-borne mold was evident. We inquired and obtained an estimate to remove the wet insulation and associated dry wall in a basement area where there had been an old leak. That appointment was scheduled timely and the work was performed on schedule and in a professional manner, as was the original inspection. We are very happy with all the services provided, and would highly recommend their services.

It went well. The inspector (Wallace) was professional and knowledgeable. He identified mold by visual inspection in upstairs areas and closets, but was surprised by the elevated mold-spore count revealed by the air test in the basement. After discussion, in which he answered all my questions, we agreed to have both areas abated. It was easy to schedule the abatement, which the staff completed in two days, leaving the house clean and fresh.

The team from Mold Doctors came to the house 2 days, remediated the mold, replaced the insulation, removed all materials and performed an air quality test. Wallace and Mike were very professional and reliable always following up on the progress of the job.

They are very professional and helpful as we are currently in NJ and all arrangements were made over the phone. We were there day of inspection and work, and all went just as expected - despite the major snow storms that hit the area. We had 3 areas of mold in our attic, and they removed and returned to normal - then protected with a 10-year warranty. They made what could be a scary situation, easy and affordable, and I would certainly recommend.

My experience was very good. They were professional and thorough. They gave me an estimate to remediate the mold problem and how I could do it myself. Scheduling an appointment was fine.

I am the administrator for my deceased parents estate. A small mobile home in Carver, Ma. During a potential sale of the home an inspection materialized mold under the mobile home. I thought the mold doctor could fix the problem. After reviewing the problem at the site the mold doctor said the mold was caused by inadequate wrapping under the siding and this was a service that his company does not perform.

Terrific! Very polite and professional, the service man wore booties over his shoes when inspecting my home. Their response was prompt via email and Angies List. They carefully explained the process and what to expect.

Employees showed up on time. Workers extremely pleasant and were respectful of home. Work was completed in about 4 hours. Warranty paperwork promptly filled out. Mold Doctors was significantly less than money than the firm recommended by home energy audit. Mold Doctors scheduled estimate review in a few days and I had a quote in email that night. Procedure is a little loud (HEPA filtration) but there is nothing they could do to make it quieter and still have it safe for the home owner. Highly recommend
