His work is meticulous, ensuring that every detail along the way is discussed and agreed upon. He offered options and was able to accommodate a last minute change to the direction of our first staircase and the addition of a second staircase. "I was with the contractor that made me think that because my good credit I was getting a good financing interest around 7% and he did not tell me that my granite steps had to be removed, he told me after the loan went through at a rate of almost 14% at this moment I would like to cancel the project, I am under a lot of stress and having back issues I am afraid that because I take time off from work I am not going to be able to pay for this high interest loan."
