"I called Horizon after moving into a new home in Medway and having no idea what condition the chimney was in. They sent a team out the same day! The guys were great - very friendly and professional. They looked everything over, informed us that one chimney needed to be cleaned but the other did not, and some of the brick work was loose on the fireplace floor. I also requested a chimney cap and they suggested strengthening part of the chimney before installing. They provided an estimate within 24 hours and came out about a week later to do the work. Again, they were completely professional, pleasant and somehow despite cleaning the chimney and doing masonry work, did not create any dust or mess in the house. I was so pleased that I asked them to put us on a yearly schedule for routine cleaning. I highly recommend!"

"Over charged my father for a backwater valve repair gave him an invoice with no specific breakdown on the job that was done. Had to request for a breakdown invoice Charged him $4k for a 4 hour job that was not done properly as the basement re flooded again. Gave me a run around for 3 weeks to get a breakdown on the invoice. As you can see from the screenshot.poor work Watch out for these guys. They don’t get the job done and they overcharge. We had to also pay for their the permits they were suppose to already have. And also pay for the rental truck and fuel! Second image is from the basement re flooded again after work was done"

Had installation of HVAC done through them, their own service person that reviewed the installation said it was terrible job (not knowing they installed it in the first place). Now they don't want to cover the cost of fixing the issue. Customer service took more than 2 weeks to answer our call and hang up on us. Very, very disappointing for company that charges premium for there services. Definitely look other places if you are considering them!!!"
