The whole process took 3 real long days. Obviously it is loud and disruptive while they are working... but you only need a new roof once. I would suggest not parking in your driveway as there are a lot of people and trucks. At the end they cleaned up very nicely. They are a legit roofing company so they pull permits. Overall I am quite please for the job, cost, time etc."

"My crew from NSP was amazing. Professional, courteous, kind and on point to get the task done. Large 2 story colonial with addition and ovs garage. I believe it took total of 5 days because of early weather in October 22. No paint chips on ground, very conscious of my shrubs and gardens, you would not even know they were painting. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this outstanding company and would not hesitate to have them paint my home again. The price was very fair, the warranty good but most of all they always stayed in touch to let me know what was going to happen etc. My team, Frank, Benjamin and Valerio were amazing. They will tell you something over the phone, then when you follow-up, they will magically lose all records of prior conversations. I was told replacement windows would be ordered in June 2024 - never ordered. In January, ordered correctly with 4-6 week expedited delivery time quoted. Now in Feb, was told the windows would not be ready until end of March (total of nearly 11 weeks since order). Magically, they have no record of quoting me 4-6 weeks, though I have email records saying otherwise. Just a miserable company to do business with, would never recommend to any homeowner."
