Overall it went great. John was down quickly after I first contacted him. He came out in person to give me information and confirm the online measurements. Between meeting him, reading the reviews online, and the impeccable warranty I felt very comfortable choosing him (the price was in the middle of the other quotes I got). The whole process took 3 real long days. Obviously it is loud and disruptive while they are working... but you only need a new roof once. I would suggest not parking in your driveway as there are a lot of people and trucks. At the end they cleaned up very nicely. They are a legit roofing company so they pull permits. Overall I am quite please for the job, cost, time etc.

The job went very well from initial design, selection and ordering of materials, municipal permitting approvals, commencement of construction with poured footings, removal of old decking and railings, and installation of new products. From the beginning to the end, All Under One Roof was on the job daily through completion. Employees were extremely knowledgable, courteous, friendly and efficient. John, the owner of the company, and Brian were exceptionally helpful throughout the process maintaining quality and ensuring progress. We strongly recommend All Under One Roof. All Under One Roof gave me a quote and began work 2 weeks later. There were no extra charges or costs associated with the work performed. The estimated 3 day schedule was 2.5 days including clean-up. The team was completely professional! They came in on day 1 and laid out tarps and drop clothes to protect my windows, shrubs, and siding. They laid down wood under the dumpster not to damage my driveway which is sometimes forgotten by other contractors. The team completed the strip and new installation in the time estimated. They spent detailed time cleaning up and sweeping my yard for nails and debris with large magnets. I would highly recommend owner John Lanzafame and his team All Under One Roof! All under one roof did a fantastic job removing two layers of shingles and installing new roof. The whole team was hard working and completed the job in one day. When they were done my yard was cleaned of all debris. I highly recommend All Under one roof.

Honest, easy to deal with company. No hard sell. Employees worked hard from 7:00 am until approximately 4:00 the first day and completed job mid day on second day. They covered house sides with heavy duty tarps to prevent damage to siding, etc. Price was reasonable and completed job looks great. Received many compliments already. Would highly recommend.

John and his team did a great job. They replaced the roof on both my house and garage in two days. They were quick and left the exterior of the house as clean as they left it.

All Under One Roof recently replaced my roof on a 3-story, 200+ year old Federal in Newburyport. It was a big job that entailed removing 3 layers of rolled roofing/asphalt shingles; removing original skylight & taking down old dormant chimney to roof line and roofing over both; installing ½ “ plywood and asphalt shingles over new roof. I can’t say enough good things about All Under One Roof. They had a great crew and did a fantastic job. In fact, my neighbor across the street who had a birds eye view of work in progress, then hired them to replace his roof. John Lanzafame, the company’s owner, is a jewel. He’s very professional, responsible and communicative – a “take charge” guy in the best meaning possible. I was completely comfortable and confident that I was in good hands, and did not have to worry about micro managing the work. I should also point out that All Under One Roof began work on date scheduled (a month in advance) and completed the job (start to finish) in short order. I highly recommend All Under One Roof. All Under One Roof did an amazing job with my roof replacement. My roof was leaking for the last couple months so I decided before winter to replace. When they were replacing it I was informed and shown pictures of how bad the damage was. The roof has extensive rot in many areas. All Under went above and beyond and cut out all the old rot and replaced. They went into great detail to show me the rot and how it was leaking for years, but not into the interior of the house. I am so happy at how it came out and will recommend All Under One Roof to all my friends.

They did an excellent job. The workers and the owner provided excellent customer service and did a fantastic job. The final product exceeded our expectations! Our house is beautiful!!

Everything was smooth. Contractor called to make sure when to expect them and anything important about the work we should know. They laid tarps to protect the bushes and landscaping. They protected our newly stained deck and railings. The entire crew acted professional and courteous. The work was complete in a timely manner and the roof looks beautiful.

All under one roof did a great job. The price was very reasonable and the quality of the work was excellent. in addition to the roof they also installed a a solar tunnel to supply natural sunlight to second floor. All work was completed and all the debris was removed. The work was completed in one day. This is the third roofing job that I have hired them to do and I was very pleased with all of the work.

After our initial contact here, Troy came out and gave me an estimate quickly. I found him professional and easy to talk to. After comparing his quote to others, we chose his company. His team came out and did the job in two days. There were no issues, they cleaned up all of the debris, and the final price came in exactly as quoted.

Excellent. To compliment a general home inspection, I contacted All Under One Roof to have a detailed roof inspection. John L. was very accommodating to my short notice request, arriving on time and spending a considerable amount of time (alongside a co-worked) going through the attic and visible portions of the roof for a comprehensive inspection. They spent the time to explain everything they found in great detail and terms a non-roofer can easily understand. I will certainly keep them in mind for quotes on any future roofing related work down the road.

Superb job, awesome experience – highly recommend them! We bought our house in 2013 and experienced the worst winter ever with ice dams and roof issues. I did my best to remediate the issue but we really needed a new roof and better attic insulation. I consulted several different roofing companies that had all these new-fangled materials but the concept was simple and the costs the other vendors came back with was exorbitant. John (the owner) came out and explained the cause of ice dams and although I wanted to ice and water shield the whole roof he advised that moister would get trapped and 6” was sufficient. He was a straight shooter which I appreciated and spoke in language I could understand. We originally planned to start the project in the Spring of ’17 but we didn’t have the capital and asked if we could push it until Fall. They said that was fine and since it had been over 1 yr. since estimate honored the original quote. Troy (guy who does it all) came to access the roof to firm up the project and suggested we remove the cedar shake overhang and install shadow boards all along the edge for a tighter look. Even though the materials were more, they still honored the original estimate. The work started the Monday before Thanksgiving ‘17 and the roofers were prompt, polite, clean and worked extremely hard. Troy was there making sure they understood the scope running between multiple projects. They completed the work in 2 days (2 hard worked day) and the house looks phenomenal. Troy’s advice of installing the shadow board gave the house a beautiful tight new look for the style house we own. After inspecting it the next day, I noticed one thing was over looked which was two rain diverters over the front and back door (we don’t have gutters). We could have done this work easily ourselves but brought it up in conversation (Btw.. this was out of the scope too.) They had already been paid and working with other contractors, once they get paid they are on to the next project but sure enough the next day they showed up with two guys to install the diverters. The experience was awesome and truly appreciate the craftsmanship and aesthetics of our new roof. Fantastic job all the way around.

We very highly recommend All Under One Roof. My husband and I had several companies provide us with estimates for replacing our 30+ year old roof and John was the clear choice. He was very knowledgeable and willing to spend the time with us explaining options and recommendations and answering our many questions. He was also able to provide us with new gutters and a new skylight – which the other firms were not able to do. His price was very reasonable for all of the work that was done. Troy followed up very promptly after John’s visit with a quote and was very responsive to our additional questions. The work itself is beautiful – and the area around our house was kept very neat and clean during the 3 day process. They even took great care not to harm the flowers on our deck. We are very happy customers!
