"We hired Di Orio Builders & Designers to completely replace our lower gutters as well as to scrape and re-paint some exterior trim on the front and back of the house that had been peeling and exposing wood to the elements. We were having difficulty in finding a company willing to take on a smaller job like this, and so we were glad DiOrio agreed to take this project and complete both the needed gutter work and exterior painting. We couldn't be happier with the results of their work as well as how quickly they were able to finish. Our new gutters and the paint work look great. The gutters were installed properly and securely with screws, and are a big improvement over what we had previously. We were also very happy with how well they matched the colors for both the gutters and trim, which shows their attention to detail. "I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it.
