"Mike came out to replace a thermostat on an evening to accomodate my work schedule. Also hired a second time to fix gas leak at my heating unit and replace hardwired smoke detectors. Both times he was clear and communicated when he would be onsite, and was diligent on researching what issues arose in order to complete project, including ordering. Mike was kind and curteous and would gladly use him for future hvac/ electrical needs in the future."

The work they did seemed to be fine enough, but it was overpriced (I later discovered) and their communication at several stages was just abysmal. My attempts to have them remedy the shortcomings of their process gained no satisfaction. It also left a really, really bad taste to discover that their signs plastered all over the furnaces and water heaters in the basement of our condo building was not because they had some kind of relationship with the condo *and in most cases had no relationship with the equipment that their signs were on*. Just obnoxious. To top it all off, someone my email address was leaked from their organization which led to it being the target of hacking. How would I know it was them? They were the only company that I had given that particular email address to, Then they had the nerve to ask for a customer testimonial video. As if. Would not do business with them again."

"My furnace was blowing hot and cold air. First trip to the house was to diagnose the problem. New part (Flame sensor) was necessary. Second trip to the house for repair could not happen because technician brought part that was incompatible. Third trip to the house replaced the part, but system was still blowing hot and cold air. Fourth trip to the house was cleaning rust accumulation in tubing/pipes, which apparently solved the problem. Too many trips to the house. I can not help but wonder whether a bad flame sensor was the actual cause of the problem not, since replacing it alone did not solve the problem."
