"A sinkhole appeared in our backyard. We contacted Joe from Nature Redesigned and received a prompt response. Joe and his crew did a fantastic job. They explained every step taken and were not annoyed by my questions. They were very respectful of the property and brought all the equipment and materials necessary to do the job. It turned out to be an 8 to 10 feet deep sinkhole! Yikes! They did the job in a few hours. Would highly recommend Nature Redesigned and we would also call them back for any other landscaping jobs around the house. So happy! Thanks Joe, Matt and the guys!"

We have only experienced techs with a minimum of 6 plus years in drain cleaning, we provide camera work, small drains such as sinks and tubs all the way up to main sewer lines. We also provide excavation services if any drains need to be replaced.
"They did a great job. They were able to use a small pump to pump the waste water out before replacing the broken pump. The other company wanted us to pay for a pump truck costing $600 before giving the estimate."

"I had the estimate for the work done which went fine, then called to book the appointment. Was required to put down $200 for the $650 projected repair cost. I did this thinking there would be no issues between then and the repair date. My wife is quite pregnant and we had to move up the repair date to get the nursery ready in time for their birth. (twins) When I called to cancel this appointment and seek a refund of the $200, I was told that the window to cancel was 3 days from the scheduling and that I was forfeit my deposit. This information is in the contract, but I did not catch it at the time. I could only imagine if this were a bigger project and something like this happened to someone else. For the cost of $200 Pioneer Basement has not only lost me as a future customer, but forced my hand in posting several poor reviews such as this one. For any future customers, pay very close attention to this and hope "life" doesn't happen to you in between. Good luck."
