I have been in the trade since 1976, bricklayers union local 3, first business started in 1985. I am the sole owner of jim sullivan masonry LLC. I am present on every job doing the work with one helper. It is a 2 man crew. We work for cash or checks & can make payment arrangements if needed. Award winning. "Contacted Mark within 3 days he was at my home and providing a detailed quote. Might seem small but he was the only one out of 4 contractors who actually measured the space to provide an accurate and detailed estimate. He while discussing what I wanted with me made many recommendations and even mentioned ways to get the job done but at a lower cost. He had the estimate to me within 2 days and it was super detailed and broken down with 3 different ways to complete it. He was on time daily as was his crew. Work areas were cleaned daily. He closed up a broken window for us, redid a dirt floor with drainage and concrete, repointed and waterproofed our basement foundation, ripped out and fully replaced basement access stairs. He even noticed a window that was broken we didn’t and closed it up for no charge. He added a drain to the exterior steps at no charge wasn’t in contract he just knew it was needed, the steps he replaced had asphalt around them and he even repaired the asphalt at no c"

"Chuck was super helpful and very responsive. I asked him to inspect and clean my chimney. Once on the roof he saw a hole that a squirrel had dug through the roof into the attic. I couldn't believe the photos he showed. I didn't think it was possible. He ended up spending his whole day here getting the squirrel out, repairing the roof, and then finishing the job he came here to do. Very friendly, great customer service, quality work! I would definitely hire him again for any projects around the house I need help with."

"We had carbon dioxide detectors going off, called the Fire Dept, our gas plumber, and the Town Gas Inspector. They eventually determined the gas leak was coming from a cracked heat exchanger in the gas furnace, which required a total replacement. I had already called 8 HVAC companies who couldn't help due to heavy no-heat calls. So I called Gault, who was able to order me a replacement which arrived yesterday morning. His employee came and worked all day on Chr Eve installing the new furnace. He stayed into the evening until I had heat. Amazing service. They all went out of their way to help us when we were in a really bad situation."
