Contacted Mark within 3 days he was at my home and providing a detailed quote. Might seem small but he was the only one out of 4 contractors who actually measured the space to provide an accurate and detailed estimate. He while discussing what I wanted with me made many recommendations and even mentioned ways to get the job done but at a lower cost. He had the estimate to me within 2 days and it was super detailed and broken down with 3 different ways to complete it. He was on time daily as was his crew. Work areas were cleaned daily. He closed up a broken window for us, redid a dirt floor with drainage and concrete, repointed and waterproofed our basement foundation, ripped out and fully replaced basement access stairs. He even noticed a window that was broken we didn’t and closed it up for no charge. He added a drain to the exterior steps at no charge wasn’t in contract he just knew it was needed, the steps he replaced had asphalt around them and he even repaired the asphalt at no c

Prompt and courteous. Promptly came to give an estimate, which involved re-bricking the chimney and redoing the front brick stairs. Estimate for the work was received the same day. They scheduled the work a week later and arrived as scheduled working on both projects simultaneously. They kept me up-to-date on the progress. A major problem was found with the stairs and they discussed possible solutions. Estimate for the additional work was given immediately. The work was completed in 2 days with beautiful results. The crew did a great clean-up job after they were done. I would definitely recommend them.

We hired Inner Boston Masonry to repair our three chimneys. We felt Marl's price was fair and he could do the job within a good timeframe. While trying to repair one of the chimneys, the brick was crumbling and we needed to rebuild the chimney. His crew accomplished this extra repair efficiently as well. He did suggest that our roof needed to be reshingled as it had reached its lifetime limit. Mark's crew worked hard in very cold weather to reshingle the roof, even making repairs to the wood where it was beginning to rot. The roof and chimneys bot look great!

My home, built in 1860 has a stone/brick foundation that had fallen in spots. mark and his crew rebuild the wall, put in a granite steps

They replaced an old bulkhead with a new one. It was a complicated job because of the siding changes needed, but they didnà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t spectacular job and stuck to their estimate which was very reasonable. I did a lot of shopping before I selected them to do the work. Turns out I made an excellent choice. You were used to work with and kept me informed as things progressed.

Mark and John showed up on time to evaluate the work I needed done. The job entailed: 1. Replacing front steps with Granite 2. re-pointing bricks on 4 corners of my home built in 1860 Unfortunately once the job started, we found out that the people who built the foundation used slate on top of the stone as a base and over the years the slate crumbled and the bricks in the corneers shifted thus becoming unstable. The solution, rebuild the base and reinforce the brick wall with reba. The job was done on time and for a fair price

I have never met a more caring people. They knew what they were doing. They told us everything that needed to be done, how it needed to be done and just stayed in communication every step of the way. We were on the verge of losing our home and these guys came in and saved us in ways we canâ t explain. I definitely 100% recommend and would use them again for future work or even just expertise.
