"If I could give this place a -100, I most definitely would. The self identified owner is terrible. My service window was from 11a-3p. I received a call from the owner/technician at 12:20 asking could he arrive early & I agreed. However, he didn’t show up until 3:43p. This guy literally used bleach and said my service was complete. He said I needed to pay him $100 for the service call & asked what was I paying for, he replied his knowledge. He submitted an order to fix my dishwasher and it was approved, however he never followed up. I emailed my warranty company and as well as the company & let’s just say I was addressed as a very derogatory name when expressing my displeasure and asking for a refund. I have the email saved & will send whomever copies to show why you shouldn’t work with TrustedHandzLLC. Please stay away from this very unprofessional, scamming company."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Jim missed the first appointment. He came over the second day, briefly examined my LG refrigerator, and told me that the problem was with the compressor, not any other thing. He charged me $140 for the “diagnostics”. He said the compressor needs to be replaced and later that day he sent me a quote for cost of compressor replacement. I sent that quote to the LG company with all the details they required as the compressor had the company warranty for 10 yrs. They asked me to send me the physical address of the technician as it was not on Jim’s quote. I contacted Jim for his shop’s physical address twice but he refused to give me the address and told me that the LG company will look up for his address on the web if they want! I was not able to follow through with LG because of his lack of address."

He said that he would contact me within a few days with a cost to replace the heater. It is now August 20, 2018, and I have not heard from him or anyone else with the company. It appears that I am not a priority."
