Jerod contacted me quickly. He communicated so politely and was very knowledgeable. He was able to come out same day and identified our problem quickly. I was very satisfied with our service. I would hire Jerod again if needed.

If I could give this place a -100, I most definitely would. The self identified owner is terrible. My service window was from 11a-3p. I received a call from the owner/technician at 12:20 asking could he arrive early & I agreed. However, he didn’t show up until 3:43p. This guy literally used bleach and said my service was complete. He said I needed to pay him $100 for the service call & asked what was I paying for, he replied his knowledge. He submitted an order to fix my dishwasher and it was approved, however he never followed up. I emailed my warranty company and as well as the company & let’s just say I was addressed as a very derogatory name when expressing my displeasure and asking for a refund. I have the email saved & will send whomever copies to show why you shouldn’t work with TrustedHandzLLC. Please stay away from this very unprofessional, scamming company.

I cannot express how impressed I am with this company. Once I requested a quote, I immediately received a phone call. After explaining what my issue was, Jerrod patiently talked me through a way to clear up my problem. No charge for a service call!! What a blessing he is!! I am so appreciative. Jerod was polite, hopeful that he would be able to solve the problem, very professional, and was able to schedule sooner than any of the other companies (including Sears) that I had contacted. Definitely I would hire this company again for prompt attention, accurate diagnosis of problem, and very reasonable rate.

Jerod was an exceptionally professional young man. He was on time and worked diligently to get my fridge working. He received the part from LG and the next day he was installing it today (Sunday). Quick repair and friendly service.

Great, Jerod was timely, efficient and a gentleman. I had an issue with the dishwasher draining after its cycle. I had a lot of standing water at the bottom of the unit which became smelly after a day or two. He showed me the issue and gave me alternatives. We discussed all options. I decided to go the cheapest route for now and will consider other option if the issue persists. His prices are fair and competitive. Jerod is my appliance repairman. Once he does work for you there is no need to look for anyone else.

Incredibly friendly and was able to work us into his schedule quickly. Good communication and professionalism! He was able to fix my fridge during his initial visit and will be back to fix my dish washer (because he had to order a part). I liked that Jerod himself answered his phone when I called and I didn’t have to speak to an answering service. That is a huge plus for me. Support small business and call Jerod!
